I'd just like you to know that the vinyl and glue was delivered very efficiently and that I am very pleased with the flooring now I've laid it in my bathroom - with your enterprise in using the web your business deserves to prosper - the price per sq m was not only less than that quoted to me by two local shops one of which quoted £10 more per sq m but your delivery charge was very very reasonable - I was quoted £20 to deliver by a store less than a mile away !!! I would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided with my recent order. My intial enquiry was for samples of Flotex, and these were sent to me promptly on three occasions. I placed an order with you on the afternoon of Monday 27th June, for Flotex tiles, carpet and tape. The tape arrived on Wednesday 29th June, the tiles and carpet on Thusday 30th. Fantastic!

Dear Sirs, I am writing to express my thanks to Remland Carpets for their recent work carpeting my new house here in Tonbridge. I was trawling through the Internet one day trying to find out some information regarding new flooring and came across the Remland Website. It appeared very professional and I thought that I would try and see if you could help me with the flooring for my new property. I sent through the dimensions online and received the quote and samples through within 24 hours. This is the sort of customer service that I appreciate and when I saw the price I was pleasantly surprised. We decided to make a day of it and travel down from our former home in London to visit the showroom in Folkestone. You certainly made the operation very easy and it's a pleasure to deal with people who actually do what they say they are going to do, something that can be quite dificult to find here in London. The fact that your lads were willing to help move furniture around meant that I was more than happy to make sure they went away with a little extra beer money.
