Payment Information

Remland Carpet Contractors Ltd accept payment by many different means, including credit and debit card.

When you place an order with Remland Carpet Contractors Ltd, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us.

Delivery information

A standard delivery charge of £6.95 applies to all orders placed through remlandcarpets.co.uk.

Some products may entitle customers to free delivery on their entire order - please see individual product details for more information.

Some delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a "Red route" or there are time zone restrictions for example, please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.

It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods on arrival. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or there are missing item(s) please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the courier's paperwork is signed as "goods received in good condition". Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses. Therefore we advise against booking fitters or installers until goods have been received and checked.

Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.

Returns and cancellations

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning any goods to us unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.

If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 7 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

This condition is know as "Shading" and cannot be prevented however well the carpet is made, it is not therefore considered a manufacturing fault. Shading in no way impairs the performance of the carpet and we cannot accept any responsibility for complaints caused by this condition.
