Dear Sirs,

I am writing to express my thanks to Remland Carpets for their recent work carpeting my new house here in Tonbridge.

I was trawling through the Internet one day trying to find out some information regarding new flooring and came across the Remland Website. It appeared very professional and I thought that I would try and see if you could help me with the flooring for my new property.

I sent through the dimensions online and received the quote and samples through within 24 hours. This is the sort of customer service that I appreciate and when I saw the price I was pleasantly surprised.

We decided to make a day of it and travel down from our former home in London to visit the showroom in Folkestone. The staff in store were very helpful and took us through the various options available to us, no other company had done this for us and we felt that you wanted to get the carpet right for us rather than simply make the largest profit. We had no hesitation in placing the order there and then and booked the fitting in for the day we were due to move into our new house.

The installation was faultless and the attention to detail brilliant. No mess was left and the fitters really were excellent. I would recommend Remland to anyone and will certainly be using you if and when we next move,

Dear Mr Ballard,

I wanted to send you a quick note and thank you and your team, led by Chris, for the first rate fitting of the carpets at my flat above. You certainly made the operation very easy and it's a pleasure to deal with people who actually do what they say they are going to do, something that can be quite dificult to find here in London. The fact that your lads were willing to help move furniture around meant that I was more than happy to make sure they went away with a little extra beer money.

I have to say I was a little nervous in using a firm that I had found on the internet, but my comfort levels were raised by the fact that you followed up with the samples in the mail initially.

In any event many thanks for a job well done and I will certainly be using Remland again.
