Remland Carpets supplied many samples allowing me to make a careful choice of flooring colour and design. They have facilitated my project of covering the floors in my house one by one by sending rolls as I need them, and in shorter lengths to help deal with difficult access.

Remland is one of those companies that is real 'find' and never let you down. This time we bought some Flotex from them and they kindly stored it for several weeks and delivered it on the exact day we needed it. If you've never heard of Flotex (and a lot of people don't seem to know what it is), I can say it's fabulous. Not that I'm lazy or anything but put Flotex in your kitchen and you can go weeks without hoovering it! The dirt doesn't show and you'll save months of your life not having to clean tiles every five minutes. We had Flotex in our previous property and after 7 years in the kitchen it looked as new the day we left as when we arrived. So all in all, Remland is a super company, very efficient and professional with great staff.

Lovely vinyl / lino. Feels good quality and looks great. Being able to order free samples before choosing was great and order delivery was under a week. I contacted customer service once and they responded very quickly.

Excellent service, delivery was good, prices very competitive especially for the rubber backed / gel carpet we wanted for our hallway even better it comes in 4meter width so don't need to have a join would highly recommend.

Made an order- no response about delivery so telephoned company.Was informed it would arrive within 48 hours.No other notification. Then got an email from DX Express with delivery date.Order didnt arrive and made 3 further calls to Remland.Quite a rude response so we asked for delivery payment to be refunded.Order arrived one week late! Bad communication and DX Express were terrible.

On the whole a good experience. I reached out to the online chat for availability a few times and each time they were pretty responsive on one occasion the online chat was in effective so I called and got a knowledgeable person. The free samples were delivered on time and a good size and quality. Delivery occurred as expected. The worst part was the delivery part just dumping it at the back door without even knocking and it was raining luckily it wasn’t a carpet although well wrapped! Would use again would prefer a different delivery partner though
