I’m so pleased to have used Remland. The online experience was so easy. Told you exactly how many metres you needed. How much it cost. They saved me so much money as the vinyl I ordered was £10 cheaper a metre than another company I was going to use. It arrived very quickly and I’m so pleased how it looks in our kitchen.

Whilst the carpet tiles were as we expected. The transaction was let down badly by Remlands courier service. DX Express sent a text message advising a delivery date and time, with a link to contact them if there was a problem with the delivey time/date. As we were going to be out on the date supplied, we clicked on the link and selected the option to have the delievy moved from a Thursday to Friday delivery. Nothing came back from DX Express. They ignored our requested and delivered the goods on the Thursday while we were out. Luckly our next door neighbour was in and took delivery from the courier, but no card was put in our letterbox to advise us of this. So we were still expecting the delivery on Friday. That evening our next door neighbour knocked on our door and advised she had taken in a delivery for us, 1 box of carpet tiles (the problem with this is the order was for 2 boxes of carpet tiles). Sent a email to Remland Carpets advising them of the missing 1 Box of carpet tiles, asking for them to check to see what had happened to it. Got a text message from DX Express saying they were making a delivery to us on the Friday. This turned out to be the missing 1 box of carpet tiles.

Easy to order online. Good communication keeping me up to date with where my order was at. Delivery was problem free through DPD. The floor looks great.

They sent me a sample within a few days, we liked it, it arrived 5 days later, (next day after dispatch) We laid it, it looks lovely. Service (tick), Bargain (tick), Good quality (tick) What else could you ask for ?

The people of the company are brill. No issues, in fact very good at their job and organising the delivery. However, the coconut matting we purchased is poor quality. The runner backing is not thick enough and so already, 1 week after purchase, clumps of the matting are coming out from across the matting. I bought a section 1mx1m. Then cut it down. Easily done, easy to fit. But sadly it shall not last very pong.

Product was as described online and I'm very happy with the price for the quality. I ordered a sample first and could see the vinyl floor was of better quality than others i had seen. The only reason I have knocked down to four stars is because of the bombardment of unecessary promotional emails that followed my ordering of a sample - which I opted out of.

Absolutely love the product! I ordered the Luxury Wood Rigid Core SPC Click LVT 5mm with built In Underlay in Whitewashed Grey Oak. Delivery was so quick the first time. But I later realised I needed scotia trim - it would be useful if this was suggested on checkout of the original items. I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. However a phone call to Remland and it was quickly sorted out. Overall, Remland 5, Delivery 2.

I bought the ribbed entrance mat but made a mistake on which way the ribs run. To be fair to Remland it is clear if you read all the product information. I haven’t made my mind up whether to lay in with the ribs running the wrong way.

Lovely quality floor covering and it looks fabulous. Already planning on getting it for the utility room . It looks fabulous.

The tiles look lovelly , and the delivery on time, so found Remland good to deal with . I can not give a higher rating though due to four of the tiles being bent on one corner although the box was not bent .As it happened we still had enough to do the job, so thank you.

The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. I am old school dealing in feet and inches only and she advised what size of carpet to order. The carpet was delivered and easy to handle. It now has pride of place on my kitchen floor.

Ordered some black coir for the hallway to replace the worn one. Delivery was prompt and was kept informed of its delivery. The coir is very good quality and It was trimmed by using a Stanley knife and scalpel on the rubber side. The coir retains its dense black colour despite a couple of weeks of trampling in a dusty environment.

Used some Commercial Grade Flooring Hardboard to sit under my main bedroom's flooring and it's provided a really flat, sturdy surface which I hope will last for years to come!

Took too long for them to dispatch. By the time they had, I was away ion holiday. At the time of writing I still have not had delivery. Way too slow. Never again.
