Amazing wool carpet and underlay at very reasonable price. Super helpful customer service from Sophie and Maria-Louise. Plus could elect a delivery date. Delivery man couldn't enter home due to insurance so make sure you have enough people at home to bring rolls of carpet into house.

Although Remland dispatched the wrong vinyl following my contact this error was remedied and I received the correct item within less than 48 hours. This was great customer service. Thank you. I had the vinyl laid well before Christmas.

I ordered two boxes of carpet tiles but when they arrived the boxes were saoking wet and several of the tiles inside were damaged. I can't believe they were in that condition when they were sent by Remland. I contacted Remland and they put in hand arrangements for two new boxes to be sent and these appear to be in good order. in spite of scuff marks on the boxes. Remland, to their credit, quickly rectified a very poor situation.

Excellent product. Just what we wanted at the right price. Would have been a quick delivery but a delay at the delivery depot due to backlog. A call to Remland helped and the item was soon delivered.

Great service, quick delivery. Superb proving. I used the online help and it certainly felt like a person, not a bot and they were incredibly nice and patient and answered all my questions favourably. If I need to use them again, I would do so without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone.

I paid for cutting and delivery but it came too big fitter had to do a lot of cutting and I am left with a great big roll of hard cardboard which the lino was wrapd round and I do not no wat to do with it as I am a disabled pensioner
