I bought the ribbed entrance mat but made a mistake on which way the ribs run. To be fair to Remland it is clear if you read all the product information. I haven’t made my mind up whether to lay in with the ribs running the wrong way.

The tiles look lovelly , and the delivery on time, so found Remland good to deal with . I can not give a higher rating though due to four of the tiles being bent on one corner although the box was not bent .As it happened we still had enough to do the job, so thank you.

The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. I am old school dealing in feet and inches only and she advised what size of carpet to order. The carpet was delivered and easy to handle. It now has pride of place on my kitchen floor.

Ordered some black coir for the hallway to replace the worn one. Delivery was prompt and was kept informed of its delivery. The coir is very good quality and It was trimmed by using a Stanley knife and scalpel on the rubber side. The coir retains its dense black colour despite a couple of weeks of trampling in a dusty environment.

Used some Commercial Grade Flooring Hardboard to sit under my main bedroom's flooring and it's provided a really flat, sturdy surface which I hope will last for years to come!

Took too long for them to dispatch. By the time they had, I was away ion holiday. At the time of writing I still have not had delivery. Way too slow. Never again.

I haven't had it fitted yet,so can't comment on that, but I love the samples I received. Because I live on an island, Remland couldn't deliver, but I arranged for a freight company to deliver & Remland deliveder to them Everything went smoothly & being able to talk to someone at Remland was so helpful.Excellent customer service. I am looking forward to seeing it on my kitchen floor,I'm sure it will transform it .

Really happy with the flooring bought through Remland. Very easy website to navigate and find what we were looking for, while the delivery was very efficient.

Lots of options. Sample service is a waste of time because the samples they send are utterly useless and do not properly show the pattern. Ended up going for checkerboard vinyl. It's a bit thin but seems to be good quality and hard wearing. Good guarantee

Vinyl ordered for outside hallway and arrived as informed, and delivered by friendly courier. Layed by professional person and very happy with results. It is thinner than my previous vinyl which had lasted 20 years +, and expecting to get 7 years minimum.
