Dry goods service, delivered promptly and just what we wanted!

Great new entrance door matting easy to order and arrived on time as promised

When we opened it there were cuts at the edges we couldn't see when rolled up. Fortunately able to be cut round, but disappointing.

The vinyl was as shown, beautiful. The feel of the vinyl underfoot is warm and pleasant. It is not as cheap as other vinyls but it sure fascinates everyone and I love it.

Excellent Service, with emailed updates and a call the day before delivery. Will definately use again.

The flooring was ordered and came extremely quickly. I found an excellent local fitter and am very very pleased with the result

Not yet fitted but the product and service is spot on. Don’t buy Lino with a 0.2 mm wear layer, as it won’t last - buy Remlands, as it’s 0.7 mm and will last forever

We were refurbing a rather shabby upstairs bathroom in the hopes of it becoming a Victorian inspired luxury spot in our home and were pulling our hair out trying to find some lino that might complete the design. I admit I was dubious that it would fit the bill but it went down this weekend and WOW! Its absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality, lovely and cushioned under foot and very easy to fit. The results were amazing. Really pulled the design together. So pleased I found Remland

I'm pleased to say that I had no issues at all , took about 2 weeks to arrive but I was kept updated , it's the right size, colour pattern etc, the delivery company DX were the only issues - not Remland Carpets , I called Remlamd customer services and was spoke to quickly, they took on my comments and seemed very professional , I had read some bad reviews but I can honestly say my experience was seamless and I would use them again.

The process from ordering, delivering was great. All went smoothly thankyou.

I found Remland carpets a great service. I ordered vinyls. We had two cuts of one design but unfortunately one of them wasn’t the correct colourway. I called Remland and they rectified the order straight away and I received the correct vinyl the next day. Which was great as our fitter was booked in. A great service, and great customer care with a human not a chat bot. I would highly recommend Remland and will be using them again shortly. Thank you ????????

Time from ordering to dispatch was longer than expected. 7 days after placing my order online I had a second email to say “we’re working on it”. I contacted customer services to see how much longer it would be, and was informed that they need 3-7 working days for the product I ordered. I said I ordered 7 days ago but they informed me they work in working days, so I actually ordered 5 days ago. However, they did say that they would send it out that day, which they did, and it arrived the next day. The flooring arrived with a dirty patch on it where the packaging had split on delivery but I cut this piece off anyway as it was just on one edge. The sellotape that was used to hold the role together also washed off. The floor itself seems to be of a good quality and went down as it should.

I found, to my surprise, that the vinyl floor covering was easy to cut with scissors. Easier than with a scalpel. Now I spend a lot of my time staring at the fish. Overall, very pleased with the result.
