Ordered a small piece of entrance matting- I was surprised it was wasn't rolled on a carpet tube to keep its shape- when it arrived ends were crumpled and I was unsure if the ends would be ok - after unrolling it and laying it out with heavy items on it - it looks ok now - but a lot of effort - all this could have been avoided- also delivery was very expensive for such a small parcel which was rolled short ways rather than long ways - not a great experience with my first order.

Still waiting for a refund for the door bars which i didn't receive

Great service fast delivery had a problem with some delivery damage and they replaced next day this is how service should be will use again for sure

Excellent company to deal with. They dealt with all queries efficiently and professionally. The carpet arrived well protected and l was kept updated as to delivery. Was so impressed ordered another carpet and received exactly the same service. Would recommend without any hesitation.

First time buying vinyl online and it was very easy. Sample came through quickly and the prdering process was straight-forward. Communication from Remland was first class, including a phone update regarding delivery dates. The vinyl has now been laid and looks smashing. Feels good to walk on in bare feet too!

Vedry helpful, good product and good delivery

We placed an order for our sensory room within our youth club, i spoke to someone on the chat prior to placing an order who was really helpful with giving me advise on measurements and floor accessories. Placing the order was quick, easy and straight forward. i was kept updated with order progress and it was delivered efficiently. the flooring has been fitted now and its exactly as we imagined we are very please with the service as a whole we recieved and love our new flooring.

Easily ordered exactly the right size on the website. Within a couple of days, I got what I ordered. And the carpet roll was very well packaged.

Requested a sample and decided to order. The carpet arrived very quickly and we had local firm to fit it for us in our kitchen. Very pleased with finished product. We would order again and highly recommend.

Item arrived in quick time but packaging was damaged . However the flooring was fine. It has now been layed and is a superb quality cushion flooring and has finished my new bathroom off perfectly. Very happy

The team very very helpful and managed to fulfill my order even though it was showing as out of stock online. I was so happy because I wanted this flower for ages and was gutted to find it out of stock when I eventually went to buy it!

I ordered 8 sheets of hardboard. Unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. I sent some photos of the damage to Remland and they sent out a replacement sheet.
