Poor customer service. After waiting 7 days for carpet samples to arrive, I was advised to wait until 10 days. After 10 days I contact Remland Carpets again but they have now ignored my emails. It’s now been over 2 weeks since ordering the samples and nothing has arrived and no one from the company has called or acknowledged the problem. I know small companies like this one are struggling at the moment but there is no excuse for poor basic customer care - and I would have thought they would welcome the business.

Terrible service from start to finish. Well not finish as i still haven’t received my goods after two weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls and false promises over the phone. Ordered several pieces of vinyl and haven’t arrived on time. Definitely would not recommend this company. Terrible service and after care.

They had the cheapest quote for the vinyl I wanted to buy. I gave 4 stars only because there was a delay in despatching the item. But they did send me automated messages apologising for the delay. So overall, will recommend them
