The matting I ordered is perfect and I’m very happy with it. The dispatch company delivered the wrong item but Remland were very helpful and quickly sorted the problem out.

This is the second time I have purchased from here. Great customer service, products and prices. I also appreciated the help I got when I made a query regarding sizing. Should I need any flooring products in the future I will definitely be a returning customer (again!).

Excellent service & good quality flooring

I ordered 2 rolls for my bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom one ( victorian blue tiles) is beautiful and looks just like the pictures, the kitchen one looks dirtier and less saturated than the pictures on the website.

Disappointed with the order, customer service and how long it took for the order to arrive

Remland Carpets have been so kind and helpful. They told us that the carpet tile manufacturer had informed them that they did not have sufficient stock in the colour we require, to meet our order, but they would bring forward the date of being able to produce more for us. Remland had the glue we also required and that has been delivered, but as we still have to wait for the tiles we have not used it.

Despite some negative reviews on line, many about Remlands delivery company I persisted to try and get the flooring I liked. After a couple of calls, where people promised to get back but didn’t, I got through to Tom who was extremely helpful and the process went through very smoothly. Delivery came when predicted and although driver was in a hurry to leave, he waited while we checked the flooring. All good and flooring looks fantastic.

It was a long delay in the delivery from the supplier, but Remland managed to send it as soon as they could.

Ordering was easy. Communication fantastic. A sales person called me to advise the date and time of delivery. The delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver the item, as it was a little awkward. Please thank him for me. Item arrived wwll packaged. Looks just like the sample. Awaiting fitter to lay it. I will definitely use Remland again. Companies like these put the Great back into Britain. 5 stars.

Had a vinyl half the price of high street shops and were able to source a vinyl for me that they didn’t have, couldn’t ask for a better service would recommend

Great Service. I emailed in because I had missed the easter offer while searching for flloring and I really wanted the Lifestyle Floors Colosseum XL, its been hard to find! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie who was very prompt at replying and was able to offer me a deal on my purchase. I placed the order successfully online and had the flooring within the week. It was all very well packed and came on a pallet, my floor fitter has commented on how good they look. The experience with Remland has been great, cant fault them. I got Remland carpets contact number when I was looking for a special Bostic 2-part screed which wasn't supplied by any of my local North Wales suppliers. I spoke to James and Sophie and found all the information they supplied very helpful. Ordering was easy (website good) and delivery direct to my tradesman efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending then to others. I always write reviews of people who have served me well and am not doing this for the reward.

Service was okay although carriage charges are on the high side. The coir mat was of very average quality and not is the same league as the one it replaced. One of the issues of buying online I guess as you can’t see or feel the quality.
