I ordered a free sample to check the colour was liked it looked online. The vinyl is exactly as it looks online,very good quality and arrived securely packaged and on time.

I recently purchased vinyl flooring from Remland. When it was unrolled on fitting day, I was surprised and quite disappointed to find tyre track marks running right through the middle of it. Luckily I was able to clean the marks off, but it wasn’t something I’d expect on brand-new flooring, especially given the cost. That said, when I contacted Remland about the issue, their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, apologised sincerely, and arranged a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience. They also reassured me that they would raise the matter with the manufacturer to prevent it happening again. Overall, whilst I was disappointed by the condition of the flooring when it arrived, I was very impressed with how Remland handled the situation. Their prompt and considerate response showed they take customer concerns seriously. I’d recommend them based on this experience, though I would personally want to check any pre-packaged flooring before delivery in the future, just to avoid any surprises.

My experience of buying vinyl from Remland Carpets is extremely positive! My purchase is of excellent quality, and just as I expected from its description online. On delivery I was well able to study the packaging for any damage in transit (as I had been warned to do by RC), and didn't feel rushed by the delivery driver. I would definitely recommend Remland Carpets and will certainly buy from this company again based on my experience this time. The company did exactly what they said they'd do, and when - a refreshing circumstance nowadays!

Fantastic quality and very well wrapped. Looks beautiful and a very good price Courier was only let down as one man arrived in the lorry and told me he couldn’t lift the roll??! Luckily a passing tradesman helped him or my carpet was heading back!!

Happy customer!...I found just what I was looking for at a good price and although it's not fitted yet, it looks good quality and was delivered in 3 days. Having a choice of widths means very little wastage so I am able to cover another small area.

Very happy with Remland carpets. I've used them a couple of times and both times have been good value for money. The only thing I will say is it would be better to have more warning before delivery.

Really good customer communications. They didn't have the item I ordered, a gentleman called me up to let me know the following day and then made the re-order a priority when I had chosen an alternative.
