We ordered some vinyl for our bathroom floor. The ordering system was simple including the initial order of the sample, which turned up promptly, and then the main order, which again was delivered within a few days. It's now been fitted, looks good and the guy who fitted said it was good quality. So very happy

Ordered a carpet from remland a 2.80m x 5m A 2.50 x 5m turned up so the fitter couldn't do the job then after contacting them they sent another carpet out that was the correct size i then had to take more time off work and try to get the fitter back an easy job ended up being a nightmare

Lovely flooring, looks really nice in a little en-suite - exactly what we had been looking for. Great price and quick delivery. Can’t fault!

These guys managed to perform magic and got me some Lino close to a pattern that was discontinued. It was delivered very quickly.

Floor looks great, haven't laid yet but looks mint, could have been wrapped better though as the cellophane was pretty thin, other than that it's all good, very happy with purchase, exactly the floor we were looking for, big black & white chequers.

Helpful staff when I had a query. Very happy with the product so ordered more. Would have given 5 stars but I had to wait for the second order as it was out of stock.

Very happy with delivery and cost . Product arrived quickly and not damaged in transit. Product matches description and looks very good . My only negative is the crease down the middle which you can feel and see. Hopefully it will improve with time and use.

Having been let down by another supplier the day before a renovation project started, I rang Remland to see if they could help at short notice. During the phone call, Remland checked availability of the product I wanted, and they explained the probable problem with sourcing. However, they found a solution, by highlighting that a larger width was still available if I wanted it. Giving me options the other company did not. Ordered late on a Friday afternoon and arrived first thing Tuesday morning. So grateful for excellent Service.

We was pleased with the Lino what we purchased, the only thing was that it took one week before it came after I ordered it which was a bit disappointing

All ok, but maybe some cardboard corner protectors would be useful. No damage to speak of and nothing that will spoil what I need it for, but they would help . Other than that all perfect and very prompt delivery. Thanks

The product was not as pictured or described. The product was named as “beige” in colour but turned out to be brown. I did contact Remland who then agreed it was the wrong colour and sent me another carpet. That one arrived and was also the wrong colour. Upon contacting Remland again they then said the colour was in fact correct. Although they say this is the correct carpet, I feel the product name and description is misleading from what it actually looks like.

A very easy transaction from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, the delivery was within 2 days, amazing! Would recommend Remland and will definitely be buying from them again.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Remland. Not only were they one of the only suppliers of the floor that I had spent literally 6 months trying to find, but the delivery was incredibly fast and they kept you updated with key information about dispatch and delivery times. Would 100% use again.

First delivery of vinyl was really badly torn. Customer service was excellent & they replaced it quickly. However replacement had a small tear. So their products clearly need a better checking system before despatch.
