Sample delivered quickly, well packaged. No problems but I've decided not to choose this lino - want a deeper blue so this was a great way to make the decision.

We placed two orders online a few days apart. The first order was trouble-free. We haven't used the vinyl yet, but it looks all right. The second order was more complicated and involved several telephone calls, an unanswered email, and finally cancellation and a refund. So, a mixed bag, but a genuine company, and good value when they can get the product. .

Very quick service

Very pleased with the service from Remland. We phoned for samples which arrived next day then ordered online. Arrived promptly and tiles look great. Only downside is the packaging which had burst open in transit, though nothing inside was damaged.

Excellent products and fast delivery

This was a fantastic service. I placed my order late on Sunday afternoon and the floor covering was delivered on Tuesday. Absolutely superb service and would have no hesitation of recommending or using again.

The service was very good,it was sent on a 24 hour delivery. The product was as described.

I have ordered two times in the last couple of weeks and have received my goods with the minimum of fuss. I received a confirmation e-mail on ordering, an e-mail to confirm dispatch of the goods, and an e-mail to tell me what day the goods where being delivered and by what company, overall excellent service all round would not hesitate to use if needed again.

We ordered marmoleum tiles from Remland Carpets which arrived direct from the supplier. Unfortunately the tiles were damaged. Marie - Louise worked tirelessly to arrange for replacement tiles to be redelivered . She was so kind and helpful . She made the frustrating process so much easier. She kept us updated about the order by email and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Amazing customer service.

My sample arrived free of charge and very promptly. It is very good quality but unfortunately not quite the right colour for my bathroom.

Sample came very quick via post. Sample of vinyl was a reasonable size to see if it matched the room and decor. Loved the product and will be placing an order.
