Carpet arrived quickly and customer service was good

Very happy with the service I received from Remland Carpets. Received regular updates of my order’s progress right through to delivery date. Delivery was on time and order well-packaged. All in all a very straightforward company to deal with and great customer service.

I found the staff at Remland very helpful and efficient. I was ordering online and they promptly sent the samples that I was interested in. Once I had decided what I wanted they talked me through the process of ordering and were very flexible about delivery options.

We ordered a sample online as we had seen this floor at our local suppliers but they didn't have samples to take with us. We received it in good time.

We're rennovating on a budget, so I was very pleased to find an excellent clearance deal on marmoleum flooring and adhesive. The service was fast and professional, and the delivery was extremely quick. I'd definitely come back as a customer!

Sample arrived very quickly and was free of charge. Unfortunately the particular style was a slightly different colour to what I was looking for but the quality of the tile was very good and will definitely consider ordering again when I decide in a new style.
