Really good quality vinyl floor.

The tiles were very good value for money but I am glad that I bought 10 more than I needed as so many of them had a damaged corner, even though the box looked fine. As I was tiling a kitchen with lots of cabinets I managed to use a lot of the damaged tiles, but it did make the job more challenging. Also, several of the part of box tiles had debris on the back and were firmly stuck together.

Their Customer service is great and the lady went out of her way to order me samples from the manufacturer. She then called me back and let me know which colours they had in stock! I ordered some of my bathroom flooring from this company a year ago and I will always return as they go the extra mile each time . Thank u all

This is the second order that I have placed with Remland Carpets. The first time very pleased. good price and quick delivery. The second time order placed just before xmas and got lost1 However after xmas, a telephone call and profuse apologies the order arrived within three days. So, a bit of a stumble but a good recovery.

Wow... Terrific service. I have not yet placed my order but I just wanted to write a review to let you customers know that Remland are great! They have sent me several batches of FREE samples to help me choose what flooring suits the project I am currently working on. The live chat is great and quick and the lady helped me massively by giving me some options to choose from when I told her the spec I needed to match. No business is perfect but Remland Carpets sure do not like to let people down! So thank you for that. I will be placing my order later on today. Ordered a tub of Forbo 414 which arrived the following day as expected. The driver was apologetic as the tub was damaged on the bottom and there was a small leak. Not a major problem but... If you send out single tubs why don't you put them inside a cardboard box? I have had single tins of paint and/or thinners sent to me, (in metal tins so more robust) and they have been all been boxed and all arrived safely. Maybe you should do this... hmmmm???

I thought the ordering online was very easy to do, and my order was sent out promptly. Communication via email was good. The product seems of good quality. One thing I will say is that the lino looked like it was a square pattern online, but now it's arrived it's cut the other way so it will be diamond shapes when put down. I think it will look fine, so not sending it back, but you might want to adjust the online photo. Thank you. The delivery was prompt but they just left it on the doorstep without knocking. It wasn't stolen, but it wasn't a very secure place to leave it.

Bought a 4 meter length of vinyl online when it arrived it was more beige than the grey it was meant to be so it didn’t navy out bathroom tiles . Asked if we could exchange it but was told we had to pay 25% restocking fee I asked if we could order another colour and do swap when new one was being delivered I was told no that’s not possible informed it would cost us £40 to send original order back separately decided to sell it on eBay as we would of lost £63 just to exchange it I would not buy from remland again because of this bad experience beware before you order
