Really pleased with my new flooring, the only criticism I could give, would be that, it would be nice to know at point of order roughly how long you have to wait for your flooring to arrive. I think from order to receiving it was around 7 days so not long but would have been nice to of known how long to expect.

Just wanted a small Flotex carpet for a customers kitchen. Remland had plenty at a very good price. Arrived quickly and well packaged with no damage. Easy to fit. Would definitely deal with Remland again.

Finally, my handyman has put all the threshold strips in place. I am very pleased with them.

Amazing company!

Very helpful staff throughout from the warehouse to the fitter. Very knowledgeable regarding their product range. Highly professional in the way the notified me of a flaw in the original product assigned to me - even going as far to refuse to deliver that product because of the flaw. Discussed alternative fitting dates of the vinyl flooring once a new delivery had been delivered to the warehouse. Fitter Adam very polite, very professional, very helpful even agreeing to lift existing flooring due to a disability. Laminate flooring in the office done very nicely and quickly. Additional alternative arrangements discussed directly with the manager after a family emergency meant that the alternative arrangements for the fitting of the vinyl flooring needed to be re-arranged. Cannot fault the management or fitters due to unforeseen problems occurring with the delivery and fitting of the flooring and was kept appraised of developments and what new arrangements were agreed to were kept Well Done all.

Matting was delivered quickly and the quality is good - I was dissapointed with the colour / ordered grey and it’s like a browny grey - was going to return but my efficient husband came out and fitted it while I was out so couldn’t return.

good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own. Very poor delivery service
