Love this lino - perfect in the bathroom. Couple of little dents in it by the edge but as they were in the waste part, no problem. Dispatched really quickly and arrived before 0730 on Monday morning.

The product was just what I wanted, at a good price and Remland Carpets customer service was good. BUT their delivery person was dreadful! I was at home, the door bell rang and I was out in 10secs to find the roll of vinyl dumped on my front lawn, I ran outside and knocked on the van window as the driver revved up to leave. I had not signed or inspected the roll. Eventually I persuaded him to get out of his van and come and move the roll undercover. He protested and asked me to help lift it, I said not. As a slightly built lady of 65yrs + and he was a sturdy 20 something, he should be ashamed of himself. If he does not want to lift things he is in the wrong job! Beware of the delivery when ordering badly let Remland Carpets down this time. So yes and no to a recommendation this time.

Excellent Service. I needed the flooring quickly as our Kitchen Fitter offered to fit it as part of the refurbishment and Remland got it delivered in 48 hours and responded to a couple of email questions with in minutes.

Friendly, reliable and efficient. Recently ordered again from Remland, this time for our bedroom. We needed to co-ordinate with delivery of a new bed also and they couldn't have been more helpful. The two excellent fitters arrived exactly on time, were friendly and polite and the new carpet looks wonderful. Thank you.

Very pleased with the level of service from the outset. The workmanship so far looks very good. It’s one of the few times i’ve had a tradesman out and not needed to call them back to make a number of corrections. Time will tell, but so far so good.
