Excellant price and delivery prompt

Very satisfied with procedure,which was very simple to follow. My order was processed quickly, a query I had regarding the use of adhesive was dealt with very professionally and pleasantly and the carpet came swiftly, packaged securely. I would strongly recommend Remland carpets as the carpet that came was exactly as I had hoped.

Fully updated with delivery info for rug control spray, and it arrived as promised. Flotex manufacturer gave initial date but no further info - however, it did arrive at around 0900 on the day promised, so good on both counts. Flotex had a slight tear at one side, but it will be cut out so no problem. However, the mechanism for the control spray failed very early on (after one coat of a small rug) so I am left with most of the spray material but no way of applying it. Any possibility of a replacement? even just a replacement spray mechanism would be OK. ***

Top marks. We had ordered vinyl flooring from a store (Behar carpets) in Edinburgh and were told it would take 2 weeks. After almost 2 months of excuses we were told it was not available anywhere in the country. My wife phoned you to confirm you could supply and it arrived in 2 days. The chap my wife spoke to said he would watch out for the order to ensure it was delivered swiftly. Still waiting for a refund from Behar. (1 month on). Many thanks

Excellent quality product. Delivery was early, as we requested delayed delivery due to a holiday but fortunately we were still at home to accept delivery ( 5 mins later and we would not have been :) However, this is not a complaint and we are really pleased with both product and service.

The packaging needs to be improved. Simply wrapping the flooring in polithene offers no protection against damage in transit. This is my third flooring order and all three have incurred damage due to lack of protection.

Excellent sevice

When I queried why my order made online did not exactly match the sample I had received a week previously, I was advised that samples can be 2 years old. This should be made clear when ordering a sample that the delivered product could differ in pattern and shade. Furthermore, a discount voucher received would not be accepted at check-out on their website. On querying this I was offered a discount on a future order. Why would I place another order with this company when samples can be 2 years old?
