We were really looking forward to a new carpet to replace our old one. There was what looked like a water stain on the underlay. Carpet looks as if it is ridged. Had the fitters recalled, they said the floor was uneven. Although the floor is not perfect I don't believe this is the reason for ridges to run the length of the carpet as our previous carpet laid flat. Very disappointed

Fantastic price for a carpet, fully fitted with underlay, grippers and door strip. Fitted very well and phoned in advance to let me know. Second but not the last carpet we'll be buying from them. Superb!
