This was a very good service apart from the bottle tops which had not been secured before transit. The packaging was excellent and when I telephone to inform the company that one of the bottles had completely emptied due to the top being loose, it was immediately replaced and I was asked if anything else had been damaged by this. Fortunately all the other items were in their own waterproof packing and all was well.

The ordering procedure and service were very good. The only bad point were the couriers used. My order was dispatched quickly but then the couriers let me down. I was sent an email with a link to check the status and found that I was to get delivery between 3 and 6pm that day. Great I thought. I arranged for someone to be there but nothing came. I returned home from work and checked the status link still showing the same info. I tried to ring phone no. given but no answer. Tried emailing and left 2 messages , nothing. Checked status again at 7.15pm and Saw new entry stating it had been carded. It hadn't. I got my delivery the next day and when I told Remland what had happened they were very sorry but had trouble with couriers before. To be fair it was not their fault they do state up to 3 days for delivery but when you see that the status says a time you expect it to be there.

I was totally satisfied with the order procedure. It came before the approx timing plus with a refund from my error ordering twice. This was my choice of flooring but I wish I'd chosen differently. From the sample I thought this was the right one but now its laid it looks dull, I'm hoping I can find a cleaning product to give it abit of a shine. Any ideas? Later in the year I will have to cover our conservatory floor so must get that one right.

Excellent prices and speedy delivery

We requested that the delivery be left with a neighbour if we were out. However it was left on a neighbour's front step without anything to alert us that is was there! It was delivered while I was home, but not even a ticket through the door to let us know it had been delivered.

Fully updated with delivery info for rug control spray, and it arrived as promised. Flotex manufacturer gave initial date but no further info - however, it did arrive at around 0900 on the day promised, so good on both counts. Flotex had a slight tear at one side, but it will be cut out so no problem. However, the mechanism for the control spray failed very early on (after one coat of a small rug) so I am left with most of the spray material but no way of applying it. Any possibility of a replacement? even just a replacement spray mechanism would be OK. ***

Top marks. We had ordered vinyl flooring from a store (Behar carpets) in Edinburgh and were told it would take 2 weeks. After almost 2 months of excuses we were told it was not available anywhere in the country. My wife phoned you to confirm you could supply and it arrived in 2 days. The chap my wife spoke to said he would watch out for the order to ensure it was delivered swiftly. Still waiting for a refund from Behar. (1 month on). Many thanks

Excellent quality product. Delivery was early, as we requested delayed delivery due to a holiday but fortunately we were still at home to accept delivery ( 5 mins later and we would not have been :) However, this is not a complaint and we are really pleased with both product and service.
