If I could give 4 1/2 I would. Why not 5 ? I don't think the web site makes it clear that the carpet is not in stock and needs to be ordered in and because the supplier was slow in sending it meant it was over 2 weeks in being delivered. It was over Easter so the length of time was not excessive but an email to keep me informed of progress and eta would have been welcome. Thus said, when it did arrive it was a very generous length.

These guys are very good. The quality is great and I was kept up to date about when the order would be delivered. I was expecting that they'd be more 'pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap' in their service and not be up on things like service but I was wrong. I've ordered from them twice.

Extremely satisfied with the service and my Flotex carpet ordered from Remland Carpets is fantastic. Initially I was in doubt about the correct size to order via the website but after sending an email enquiry I received a prompt and helpful reply. Ordering on the website very easy and then dlivery of the carpet was within 2/3 days. Recommended and I will use this company again.
