Ordered a product that is not kept in stock on the Friday and it was delivered within 6 days, excellent service and updated on my order progress.

Remland carpets themselves are absolutely fine. very quick to respond to my order and it arrived in 3 day. However, the delivery people they use are awful DX Delivery. you have no way of communicating with them what so ever. They give you a day they will deliver but you have to be at the property from 7am -6pm. I had no idea this would be the case when i ordered the lino. all i needed was some one to call me 10 minutes before they arrived and this could not be arranged. i would have ordered through another company if i had known this.

The purchase at Remlands was absolutely fine. Unfortunately. the delivery is really poor and I still have not received the order. One expects better for a £7 delivery charge. I complained to Remland. But have heard nothing back.

I am very pleased with vinyl flooring and the service I received. They rung to advise that they had sent the wrong item . I hadn't unpacked it and the correct item was sent overnight .great !

Prompt service at a good price.

Have not yet 'unrolled' the vinyl as the 'fitter' has let us down again! Remland Carpets they were the tops. Very helpful sent samples and supplied the vinyl roll within 5 working days, fantastic turn around. Wished they were based in Yorkshire and not Kent they could have fitted it! Still we cannot have everything! Top marks to the Garden of England!
