The carrier used by Remland needs changing. There was only one person delivering and I am in my seventies and could not assist him. He was telling me his delivery instructions were to drop off at the door. Not Good Enough!

I was extremely upset with the carrier as the man refused to actually assist me into my house with the 28sq mtrs of lino. I am in my seventies and he was doing the delivery by himself and his instructions were to leave the lino at my door! So I think Remland Carpets needs to address this as I almost did not get my order.

Coir.mat arrived on time it was slightly wider than expected,but that was good. Went through a pile of stanley blades ended up using a sharp chisel as a bolster to fit it to size. Well worth the money and hopefully should last a few years .

I am a little disappointed with my Order, I placed an order for Grey Coir matting, but it looks more like Brown, I did call up and was asked to send a picture which I did, but still have not received a response. It maybe that it is a Browny Grey, but would like to be sure it wasn't the wrong colour sent

Absolutely nothing to complain about, quick service, easy to use website, reasonably priced and kept me well informed.

Remland provided a good service, sending the carpet through promptly. The second order, could not be delivered. The courier company failed, on both occasions, to call ahead by 10 mins, to alert me to the delivery, and so for want of that call, the second delivery failed. Just as the first could have - but luck found me in. This led to a chain of events. The courier company called me, they say. I was abroad. I don't rely on voice mail. What's wrong with email or text? And when I did return, and called the number, to arrange a new delivery, I was told , yes, it would arrive on Monday, but on Monday, nothing arrived. The carpet fitter and I each took the day off, and instead, the courier returned the roll to Remland! Yep. Again, Remland was prompt, direct redelivery organised, and it arrived on a huge truck two days later. With one man. No call - again NO CALL. WTF?? What is wrong with these people?? One man, said he could not hold his end of the carpet. Luckily I am able bodied, but I might not hvae been. Or I might have been a 5ft slip of a lass and 7m x 5m weighs. These people are nuts. They should not be in the business of delivering anything they cannot physically take off the truck themselves. I was cross. I would not sign for delivery until it was were I needed to be, in the hall. He drove off in a mood. I was left with a roll of carpet, in a hailstorm, because nobody has the brains to use a mobile call, to arrange delivery. Remland, sack your courier company, and control this aspect, otherwise, people will go to John Lewis. John Lewis, two men, sensible behaviour. This carpet was discounted, but I paid a carpet fitter to sit on his hands for a day, and I have had NO bedroom carpet for two weeks, as I travelled the next day and the people who were coming to stay this weekend, are not, because I have no carpet laid, and rooms full of stuff. It is a shame, to stock a good range, at what appear good prices, and not be able to deliver it properly - don't you think?
