The service was great, the carpet layers were great but they forgot to arrange for the two off cuts to be bound so had to chase those up. Otherwise brilliant.

Initially I was in doubt about the correct size to order via the website but after sending an email enquiry I received a prompt and helpful reply. In terms of the delivery and purchasing experience, it was excellent. We were very happy with the speed of delivery and the ease of buying the flooring. I have not given an excellent as the flooring has not yet been installed hence I am unsure of the quality as a surface. Saying that, we are happy with the appearance although the picture gave the impression that the size of the 'tiles' were smaller, something like 10x10 cm, while in fact they are much larger. We are, however, happy with the larger 'tile' size but as a suggestion, you should provide some form of ruler with the picture to give the customer a better idea of the general size of the repeating unit.
