There was a small tear in the floor covering but fortunately we were able hide this in a corner because of where it was. Aside from this cannot fault service or product. Very pleased with finished result. Also courtesy of driver was good - very helpful - not sure if he was in house or third party.

The website is clear and easy to use, I was kept informed of the status of my order, which arrived in a few days; a seamless process. The only downside was the manufacturers packaging was poor, one box was split on 3 sides, the other on one. The cardboard was weak at the edges and needed to have been taped to take the weight.

We did not report the 1cm tear in one side since it will be cut away. The order procedure was perfect and the Flotex arrived promptly. Would definitely recommend Remland to others.

Excellent value and very quick delivery, I have bought from Remland Carpets once before, and am happy to recommend this service to anyone.

It was easy to order, very prompt dispatch with emails to confirm, and next day delivery! The only niggle was that the delivery man left it with a neighbour rather than out of sight as we had requested. We didn't want to saddle a neighbour with a large of roll of carpet!

Online order placed, dispatched and delivered in five days and that was over a weekend when they don't do deliveries. Excellent. Might be an idea to do a text/email to give a more accurate delivery time although I was asked where the parcel could be left safely if I wasn't in. Not a problem as my parcel wasn't big but maybe not so good for a large carpet.

This company is brilliant, there customer service is excellent, there Webb site is excellent, I asked for a couple of samples of there carpet and I received the samples the next day, after ordering a carpet off the Webb site it was with me within 3 days.
