I didn't receive an email confirming my order which was a bit worrying. However, the flooring arrived safe and sound before i could follow up the order with a phone call. Delivery good

Web site easy to follow. Ordering went smoothly. Deliver was 3 day's earlier than quoted. So overall a good experience, will use the company again.

Easy to order. Only criticism is the quality of the photos on web. Could be better and show the vinyl / carpet in a room setting.

Great price and service my only problem was with the tracking service which said my delivery was at the depot even though it had been delivered. I expected it to say when it was on the delivery van, I checked in the morning then went out. It was being delivered on my arrival home, very poor system and of no use.I have emailed you about this and had no response which is the right way to irritate a customer further.

I was very happy with the customer support especially as I needed to change the order after I had placed it and the customer service I received was wonderful. My only comment is that there was only I layer of covering that had been ripped in several places when the order arrived - despite the fragile notice that had been put on. As the vinyl will not be fitted until sometime in December I am not able to let Remland know the state of the vinyl until then. I have emailed Remland to alert them of this.

Despite delivering 1 day late, delivery was prompt and the driver was polite.

Ordering the product was very easy and delivery was spot on, arrived when they said. Pleasure doing business with them.
