The nice thing is you can buy the amunt of carpet you want. It may be a little cheaper else where but you have to buy more so you can loose. The carpet is good quality. The delivery good. A good deal.

When I enquired about stock availability I was told stock was available and would be delivered within 8-10 days. I placed an order on 5/9/24 but didn’t receive the goods until 26/9/24. I was also expecting a confirmation email once my order had gone through but ended up having to phone to ask for details of the order. I was not happy with the delivery method. The goods arrived on a pallet and was left on the pavement. We have 17 steps up to the front door. I would not have expected the delivery man to carry the pallet up the stairs. He could, however, have carried the six relatively small boxes up to the house and taken the pallet back to his van on the trolley he had. Instead my husband and I struggled to take the pallet up the stairs and through to the back garden to be disposed of somehow.

These tiles were amazing. Such good quality and perfect for our garage flooring. Would definitely recommend them

We ordered a sample and it has never arrived. The vinyl was not delivered on the day it was promised to be delivered. It arrived on the second occassion. On the positive side the price was good.

I absolutely love my koi carp lino in my bathroom. Pictures don't do it justice. Remland sent decent sized samples, delivery was on time and driver phoned as arriving.

Remland Carpets were happy to answer the questions I had about the coir matting I was interested in buying and how long the special delivery price would be in place. I bought through the website and it was an easy transaction. I took advantage of the lower delivery fee (had it been full price delivery there would have been no benefit to me financially). The coir matting arrived well packaged a few days after ordering.

Remland Carpets are wonderful. Their delivery service needs a good shakeup! Thanks to one of your staff, I eventually received my order, which had wandered somewhere else when it was supposed to be delivered to us. The driver, when he eventually turned up (third attempt) claimed his GPS had misled him. Really? Anyway, we have our linoleum and it lives up to its pictures.
