Excellent service, I have no complaints.

We were totally satisfied with our dealings with Remland. We had cause to phone before placing the order on line and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful. It was easy to navigate the web site to place the order and we were kept updated on the progress of the order. The delivery date we were given was very quick but the carpet, in fact, arrived a day earlier than we were expecting! We would not hesitate to use Remland again in the future nor would we hesitate to recommend them.

We would recommend you on price and service and will definitely purchase from you again, but we do have an issue with the delivery arrangements. Each time we have ordered from you we have specifically asked for someone to contact us to arrange delivery so we can make sure someone is at home, and each time this request has been ignored. We were given a rough delivery date, but the order was left with a neighbour and nothing put through our door to say this had happened. We finally picked up our carpet tiles when the neighbours knocked 3 days later to ask when we were coming to collect them , but we didn't know they were there. We had indicated we did not want delivery left with a neighbour, but again this was ignored, so please can you review your delivery arrangements. This is our only gripe as we have always receievd what we asked for, and at a very good price.

I had no problem with anything other than the quality of information given. I phoned prior to placing the order online specifically to obtain accurate delivery information and was told that I would receive it in one or two days but definitely by Friday (order placed on Tue morning) On Friday I rang and they had only just received it, in other words they don't keep stock, so how could it possibly be delivered in "1 or 2 days"! Also the website said that a dispatch email would be sent, none was received. I would have been satisfied with the eventual delivery time, but why tell people a period that could only have been possible had the goods been in stock.
