Extremely pleased with our flotex carpet in the bathroom. Looks brilliant, service was excellent.

I would definetly recommed Remland Carpet and Flooring, very competitive on their prices, website was easy to explore, I was kept informed when the lino was dispatched, it was well wrapped and delivery was ontime.

when I first openned the roll of flotex cobles design I was met with a bright green glow on the patten that was not visible on the sample , Had it not been the Easter holidays it would have been sent straight back. but I laid it out to flatten & by next day the glow had decreased, I would have preferred the green not to have been there but I realised that it was activated by the sunlight & has calmed down over time only being visible with the sun on it, novel to say the least but I will live with it , my previos Flotex is over 30 years old with only a couple of worn patches it will live out its life in the garage . I find Flotex to be a wonderful product but cant remember it being so expensive relatively to alternatives back when I first bought it, there again at 78 years old everything is expensive these days anything I spend comes out of the kids inheritance after the taxman !!!

Fantastic floor and customer service!

From first contact to final delivery the service has been excellent! We wanted to have a good look at the carpet before ordering so requested a sample that arrived within a few days of making the call and far sooner than indicated. It was just what we wanted and placed the order. As this carpet was made to order that delivery would be six weeks. The carpet arrived exactly six weeks after placing the order and we are delighted with it.

The whole buying process was easy for start to finish. The website is easy to navigate and the great photos made decoding which vinyl to buy very easy. Check out was simple to use and I recieved an email to confirm my order. The vinyl arrived quickly and was a fast better quality than I had imagined based on the price. It looks amazing, feels good under your feet and the non-slip is extremely effective. Everyone has said what a fun design it is. Efficient service with a quick turnaround of my order

We bought some of your carpet to make door mats to fit our doors as other mats were too small. The website was easy to use, delivery was quick and the carpet was easy to cut to the required measurements. It looks and feels great and just what we needed. Would recommend to others.

Thick vinyl that coverd flaws in my concrete floor. Nice and bright when the light falls on it.

Prompt delivery

Ordered a carpet from Remland of which they had to order in directly from the makers in Belgium so initial delivery took longer than anticipated. Unfortunately the carpet that arrived had a hole in it which I can only imagine was from the couriers as I’ve had similar issues in the past. Upon calling Remland, Marie went above and behind to rectify the situation for me. She had the carpet picked up and I was able to put in a replacement order for a carpet that was a slightly bigger size as I made a typo upon initial delivery. I was able to pay the additional without issue for this and hope to receive this shortly. Can’t fault the service these guys offer as well as the prices they get on some good carpets.
