Your service was excellent , no faults at all , the only thing that possibly may help you is that the courier came to the door covered in mud,thought he had been playing rugby. Not good representation for yourselves.

Hi I would like to thank you for sending my order so quickly, since it was needed in a hurry. Your help over the telephone was brilliant beforehand. Your website is easy to use - good photographs of the prducts. Four areas I think could be improved: 1. On the website perhaps even clearer descriptions of which adhesive to use for vinyl:: tape/ tub, 2.a 'how to use' for these products. 3 re the courier - a tracking number so the customer knows when to expect the delivery. If *********** don't have this system maybe using a courier who does. Lastly, it was a good job I was in, because when the order arrived he only came with the vinyl initially. I had to ask where was the rest of the order? And he went back to his van and found it. It seemed not to be clear on the labelling that there were TWO parcels ie the vinyl was 1 of 2 and the adhesive 2 of 2. Other than that Great! I really appreciated being able to order online. Thanks

Had trouble trying to order online then rang and spoke to Trevor B very helpfull and tried to order on line again and it went through this time. good comunications from ordering to being given and order arrival date which arrived on time. (looks like it was a problem with my computer/me why i could not order first time online!!) would higly recommend Remland Carpets LTD

Very good efficient service.

All excellent , except that I had asked for the carpet to be cut ie 8 mtrs cut into 2 X 4 mtrs. Imentined this twice and it was agreed however it was not done. In proactice this was not a problem for me. Otherwise all aspects of servicewere excellent

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent! I placed my order on Saturday morning and was told that the vinyl that I wanted to order would need to be ordered in, and should be with me by the end of the following week. To my delight the vinyl turned up on the Wednesday! Great service and fantastic price...plus free delivery :-))

You did everything I would want from a supplier - prompt answer to email enquiry, easy and straight forward order procedure, prompt delivery and I got an end of roll bargain :) I would recommend to others.

I telephoned to see if the flooring I required was in stock for the quantity I required & was rung back within 5 minutes with the answer so I then ordered it online for £60 cheaper than I could by it locally.It was delivered ontime @ 8:00pm on evening by a very cheerful white van man.I am very happy with the excellent service provided & would recommend Remland Carpets.

Great choice of flooring, a lot cheaper than the high street and excellent quality. Ordering was fast and easy. I had to email to enquire after a delivery date, but this was replied to promptly and the flooring arrived on time and in good condition. Would definitely use again.
