I have only praise for the excellent service - I ordered on Monday - it was here Wednesday and I had it all fitted by Thursday at 2pm!

I found I had to chase up my order as the promised email didn't arrive once I'd ordered online. I rang up and was told the man who dealt with orders had been away which I guess is fair enough but having paid several hundred pounds I wanted immediate reassurance that the order had been received and would be proceeded ASAP. The delivery time exceeded the 3 day quoted which made me worry a bit. Then when I chased it the man I spoke to sounded dare I say it, ever so slightly uppity. Also, the delivery instructions weren't adhered to and my order was left outside after I'd specifically asked for it to be put in the outhouse alongside my front door and left the gate open for them.

Customer support was excellent, emailed my measurements, informed very quickly the size I needed to order. Order arrived within a few days, although not down yet very pleased with my floor covering

Carpet arrived ok with no sign of external damage, but a 3" black mark was visible on the carpet. I managed to remove it with a carpet cleaner but woul have thought it should have been spotted by provider.

Delivery was excellent arrived after ordering in 2 days. I would certainly recommend you to my family and friends and will definetely order again when I require carpet in the future. I saved money as I could order a piece of carpet nearer the size required rather than having to buy a huge piece and have wastage.
