very satisfied with service. received flooring quickly and it was delivered by friendly, smiley delivery guys :o) kept informed of order. only thing i would say is at initial order i don't remember seeing estimated delivery date (as i did wonder how long it would be before delivery), but i may have just missed this info. would definately recommend and will be ordering more flooring in the near future. many thanks remland carpets :o)

I would give everything 10/10 but you delivery information. When ordering it said it was free which is excellent but then there was no details other than you would be in touch and next thing I got an email saying it would be delivered in next few days. This is not very practical or ideal for many people who work etc.

Ordering was simple, kept informed via e-mail pending delivery, delivered promptly and left flooring in a dry place, which was good because we did not find a card to say the delivery had occurred on our return, and it was later in the evening when we went to that area that we found the roll of flooring.

i have no issuues at all the service was excellent and the deliver was very quick,wiich allowed me to expidite the job with very little hold up
