The floorcovering was a good price and communication was good and was delivered when stated, however there is slight damage to the ends of the roll, but this will be hidden. May I suggest extra packing around the ends when delivery is to remote areas (we are on the west coast of Scotland) as there are usually three carriers involved from pick-up to delivery and my order has been slid along the van tearing the plastic, ignoring the Handle With Care labels. Other than this I am very happy with the order and would have given 5 stars!

Quick and excellent service. A bonus when there are no delivery charges. I would use this company again. My only suggestion would be to include larger images and more for each product to allow for a better comparison.

Good quality vinyl and good customer care when we requested a specific delivery date. But, appalling delivery team who dropped the goods in the front yard and had to be asked repeatedly to bring them in the house. Would strongly recommend reviewing customer care procedures with delivery company. Thanks

I was extremely happy with the service provided - ordered the vinyl on the Friday and it came on Tuesday. Really good choice, free delivery and one of the best prices too. I requested free samples, which caused a bit of confusion as despite calling the number on the Remland website, you are actuallly calling the manufacturer rather than Remand - thought I'd dialled the wrong number! Would definately use Remland again and would be happy to recommend them.

very satisfied with service. received flooring quickly and it was delivered by friendly, smiley delivery guys :o) kept informed of order. only thing i would say is at initial order i don't remember seeing estimated delivery date (as i did wonder how long it would be before delivery), but i may have just missed this info. would definately recommend and will be ordering more flooring in the near future. many thanks remland carpets :o)
