I would recommend Remland carpets, great range good price and prompt delivery.

Vinyl exactly as I expected, and just what I want, at an excellent price; delivery very prompt except that as I was not informed when it was coming I hadn't left the conservatory door unlocked when I went out and it had to be left in the garage, where there are mice. I therefore had to have it removed immediately on my return home. I would suggest better communications are required with the delivery service.

Save on your marketing budget - no need to send a information pack with conqueror headed paper! as an interner enquiry an acknowledgement would have be sufficient. Otherwise communication was excellent, speed of response/customer service was excellent, delivery of samples and subsequent order was excellent! Definitely consider Remlands for my next purchase.

a double check of the order after putting in the payment details would be useful, as my order came to more than I anticipated and could only find out why after I accepted payment. I am awaiting a cheque repayment - flooring arrived and one of the boxes had somewhat disintegrated though the contents seem fine

Very helpful & efficient service together with excellent telephone support from the shop to guide me through the web site purchasing.

Excellent and quick service. The driver who delivered the vinyl however was not so good as he dumped it in the garage although it was obvious we were at home as both cars were in there. He then would not wait for us to check the outside of the packing and in fact there was a hole in the vinyl 19" in from the edge. I realise this is not the fault of Remlands Carpets.

Excellent was left alone to look through a huge selection of samples . You will everything that carpet right have on there shelves plus many more at a much cheaper price. Staff were there if needed but didn't keep bothering us.

The order arrived promptly which was fantastic. Haven't had a chance to check it yet as it is still in its wrapping. Great deal and would use you again and recommend to others.

Remland Carpets where very professional throughout. The order was easy to place online and delivery was quick

The floorcovering was a good price and communication was good and was delivered when stated, however there is slight damage to the ends of the roll, but this will be hidden. May I suggest extra packing around the ends when delivery is to remote areas (we are on the west coast of Scotland) as there are usually three carriers involved from pick-up to delivery and my order has been slid along the van tearing the plastic, ignoring the Handle With Care labels. Other than this I am very happy with the order and would have given 5 stars!

Quick and excellent service. A bonus when there are no delivery charges. I would use this company again. My only suggestion would be to include larger images and more for each product to allow for a better comparison.
