did exactly what was expected, delivered before due date

The service was excellent. The information about the Flotex carpet was all provided on the site and it was easy to get what I wanted with the minimum likely watsage. the carpet and cleaner arrived as scheduled.

Slightly quicker delivery method could prove an advantage over competitors. I was told it was a few days delivery from the warehouse (actually took 6). Not a problem as I did not require it until the Thursday. E-mail notification very good. Very knowledgeable staff member I spoke to. Overall very satisfied.

The price was fantastic. The customer service was very good. The only problem was the carpet was a day late being delivered.

Arrived promptly, well wrapped. The chap fitting it for me was very impressed by the quality. Have had two lots from Remland now, and pleased with both.

I am a fit pensioner and found the weight / size of coir matting and vynal flooring difficult to move with the help of my wife. We were out when the delivery was made as we didn't know precisely when it would happen. Quality and cost were good. Overall very pleased with our purchase.

Competetive price for the flooring ordered. Delivery schedule of any time in the next 3 days was not helpful to plan somone being available to take the order so a delivery tracking number and actual date would have been appreciated but overall good shopping experience.
