The service was good. I was informed of delivery times if there was a delay. The tub of glue had been dropped during delivery and had a cracked bottom, but was easily fixed by duct tape.

Website clear and easy to use. Good prices, very fast processing and delivery, and "special instructions" for delivery were followed to the letter.

I made enquiries on the phone first for a bathroom vinyl and this was very helpful. I ordered samples online: I suggest a small increase in the amount of samples allowed would be helpful. I then ordered online and the order arrived 3 days later. No complaints at all. Website easy to understand. I would definitely recommend and would say always order samples before ordering vinyl.

The quickness of the laminate flooring I bought was fantastic. There was a couple of packs that were damaged when I opened them but with me being a floor layer in doncaster I shuffled em about and got the bad ones out of the way. I'm sure if I had to get some packs replaced there wouldn't have been a problem.

I was given clear and concise information on the floor covering I was enquiring about. I placed the order online and made the payment. The product arrived a few days later. Simple.

Easy website and easy to order. Prompt and friendly response to a query about delivery. Only snag was no chance to arrange a delivery slot in advance so first delivery came while I was out and next delivery, supposed to be morning, did not arrive till late afternoon "because it needed the large van". However delivery switchboard helpful and responded at once to my call.

Really happy with them, delivered exactly what I wanted at the best price and it arrived quickly. Particulary pleased that you can leave a message for the courier if you are not in and they will leave it in a safe place.

Easy to order coupled with quick delivery. Only one slight gripe is that the tiles were sent in the manufacturers box only with no additional packing around it. This was box damaged on arrival but luckily no tiles inside were harmed.

Service couldn't have been any better. Delivery was fast and the response from Remland was just as quick. We'll definitely use them again and would recommend without hesitation.

Very pleased with prompt delivery of my first order & nice surprise of discount voucher which I used when I wanted some vinyl flooring. Again, very prompt service. Appreciated the email informing me when order had been dispatched,allowing me to make plans accordingly. Only down side is the amount of choice on your website which was a bit overwhelming when choosing. Also wasn't sure if you sent samples. I wouldn't have minded paying for samples to be sure before I purchased. As it happens I had seen a sample in a carpet shop & made a note of the style or I might not have been confident to order online.

I have tried to think of ways you would be able to improve your service and I can't think off any. From placing the order to receiving the goods (within the specified time scale) your service was without fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to others.

Great choice quick delivery

From first contact by telephone to when my order was delivered, I could not improve the order procedure any better. Even the couple of telephone calls I made, I found ? Trevor very helpful and could not have been more helpful. I only wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book. 1st class service and an absolute joy to deal with.

We saw flotex in our local carpet shop, it was a similar price to yours, but the shop wanted another £30 just to order it. I found your website on-line and found exactly the same colour. I ordered it and recieved it within a week. What more could I want. Very happy with the product and bathroom looks lovely. A H.
