You could take better photos of the different vinyl ranges as the colours in your photos is not exactly true. I knew the range I wanted from viewing it in a shop but it looked a different colour on your website. The price on your website was excellent.

I placed my order on Thursday and received it complete on Friday - excellent service. What I particularly liked - not only was my order acknowledged, but I also received an 'order despatched' email. When I opened the parcel the first thing I saw was an envelope with 'thank you' written on the outside. Altogether a pleasant experience.

The service was good. I was informed of delivery times if there was a delay. The tub of glue had been dropped during delivery and had a cracked bottom, but was easily fixed by duct tape.

I made enquiries on the phone first for a bathroom vinyl and this was very helpful. I ordered samples online: I suggest a small increase in the amount of samples allowed would be helpful. I then ordered online and the order arrived 3 days later. No complaints at all. Website easy to understand. I would definitely recommend and would say always order samples before ordering vinyl.
