Brilliant quality easy to install and packaged really well

The company were very professional to work with, friendly on the phone and able to answer all my questions. I embarrassingly had to call a few times to check the order, but they were happy to help and even sent photos confirming colour matching of the door trim I needed.

Superb service all round, easy to order what we needed. Kept up to date with progress of order. Delivered on time with no issues. Carpet (Arsenal FC) high quality and looks amazing fitted - one happy 8 year old.

The service and delivery were spot on. The colour however didn’t reflect the images on line when it arrived.

While the product seems to deliver as described, the service and delivery was poor. I was advised it would arrive within 5 working days. However it was only after a week had passed and I emailed asking that I suddenly received an email saying it had been dispatched.

Ordered rug cut to size. Was wilting size.

Happy with the quality of the vinyl . Good communication to . Only one slight complaint the vinyl was not left in my requested location it was left by my front door for hrs at risk of being stolen . But happy with my purchase and overall good to deal with . Will be happy to use again ????

Great sturdy mat, will last years. The only downside was the delivery company, but I even got a goodwill refund of £5 from Remland for the hassle. Highly recommend.
