Bought two vinyl flooring products from Remland. I had contact with a sales advisor online to check stock levels. The advice was good and prompt. Once I ordered the flooring it arrived very quickly. I cannot fault Remland and would buy from them again

We ordered a sample first and it was just right so ordered the main carpet for our hallway. The site was easy to use, the way of the ridges explained and price was good. Would definately recommend for a sturdy entrance way carpet.

I found it reassuring to be able to speak to customer services via the phone after our online order went AWOL, but I'd say that could have been avoided by using a decent delivery company which reads the delivery notes! I will definitely be using Remland Carpets in the future, but will be ordering well in advance of installation!
