A generous three stars as there is a pandemic disrupting normal service, I'll assume. Flotex carpet was ordered in mid June. It is now mid August with no indication of the paid-for carpet being delivered anytime soon. Trying to stay positive.

Great quality and price together with fast delivery

Ordered Flotex carpeting, it was about £8 cheaper here than in my local stockist! I was kept updated on my order progress and the carpet arrived 2 days early. Great service and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you ????

Excellent service and my flooring was upgraded because the other option was not in stock with no extra cost, honest and true so far so good, The flooring arrived quickly and has now been laid. Plus they were the cheapest for the product i wanted. Polite sales team. Thanks Chris Jones Rochester

I ordered Vinyl flooring on the 21st July ,expected up to 7 days for delivery ,had a text on the 27th July to say delayed until 4th August ,rang on the 30th July and cancelled the order,I was told refund would be processed .Rang on the 6th August to check where money was ,It’s being processed today 1 week after cancelling order ,still waiting for my refund 5 days later ,wouldn’t recommend .,2 weeks for a refund is unacceptable .

Lovely door mat and very well priced

Just what we wanted for our porch. We needed only 2m x 1m and received slightly more so needed just a slight trim with a craft knife. Fast delivery too.

I needed flooring adhesive in a hurry and at an affordable price for a good quality product. This company delivered within 24 hours and pretty much saved the day in the mayhem of organising contractors fitting out our new extension. Very happy customer. Thank you

Remland Carpets were great dealing with my order. Although Forbo delivered direct from their manufacturing plant they did not leave the product with a neighbour as we were on holiday when due. Unfortunately the product got soaked as it was left outside. Remland (Marie-Louise) arranged for another delivery quickly. Although an issue with my Remland order, I recommend them.

Carpet beautiful but lost half a metre from beginning of carpet roll due to handling of person delivering. Hole was found on opening where packaging had been bust
