Ordered a large piece of vinyl flooring much cheaper and exactly the same as a well known flooring company without the expensive delivery cost, Very quick dispatch unfortunately it was damaged in transit by courier. Remlands customer service department were amazing sorting out a replacement and refunding for original purchase, and a special thank you to Dexter for keeping me informed of the replacement’s journey from warehouse to delivery.
