I ordered small piece of vinyl flooring for my mother-in-law's bathroom - she wanted plain white and something non-slip. It was really hard to find but not only did Remland Carpets have the perfect thing, the delivery was quick and the staff were helpful and really lovely on the phone when I checked the delivery times. I would definitely buy from them again.

A positive experience. Was kept advised of the progress of the order and it arrived within a few days, in perfect condition. My only complaint would be the delivery charge, which I felt, at £9.95, was a little expensive.

I have used Remland a couple of times. Very good service and timed delivery. The product is of good quality and the price reasonable compared to others. Very impressed by them always.

Excellent service. Although 1st delivery attempt failed as our Museum is only open on a part time basis at present, 2nd attempt was O.K. Roll of lino was well packed and will be fitted to one of our Museum buses when a bi warmer in the summer. Will send a picture then!

Easy ordering no hassle.

I bought a length of door mat it arrived well packaged, but the item had a slight defect, I sent a email and customer services were brilliant and sent out a replacement within 3 days, when I buy again I will definitely be using them again 5 stars !

Remland could not get white oak scotia so offered wash light grey which turned out to be a better match to laminate flooring I have

Bought several lengths of beading to complete a bathroom refresh, product arrived in strong packaging, recyclable. Product was excellent, easy to use and has really finished off the look of the bathroom. Excellent!

Nice lino, but was delivered with a rip. Not wrapped well enough. Remland gave me a 20% discount for the damage which I am happy with as luckily I was able to use the remainder of the roll.
