The website is easy to use and the checkout procedure is straightforward. Our Flotex is as expected, as we were able to obtain colour and style samples beforehand, so knew exactly what we were ordering. It was a very pleasant experience. The only down side I would say, was the amount of time we had to wait for delivery, but then it did come direct from the manufacturer.

I was very pleased with the service and advice received from staff at Remland Carpets re my order of Super Magnum carpet for my front lobby. It has totally transformed it, and is fantastic for muddy feet, human or animals. It also arrived very quickly. Thank you.

Second time I have ordered from this company, both in lockdown. Vinyls arrived about a week later, well packaged, and within 48hrs of being dispatched by carrier, possibly next day even from Kent to Inverness.
