Remland Carpets were great dealing with my order. Although Forbo delivered direct from their manufacturing plant they did not leave the product with a neighbour as we were on holiday when due. Unfortunately the product got soaked as it was left outside. Remland (Marie-Louise) arranged for another delivery quickly. Although an issue with my Remland order, I recommend them.

Carpet beautiful but lost half a metre from beginning of carpet roll due to handling of person delivering. Hole was found on opening where packaging had been bust

I would thoroughly recommend Remland Carpets, as my order for Flotex carpet tiles came so fast that I hadn’t even got the floor prepared in time - it certainly concentrated my mind to get the job done. I purchased the tiles for my new kitchen; the tiles are fantastic and look lovely. I like them so much that I’m considering getting them for my bathroom too.

Although on recipt of delivery i noticed some minor damage to the vinyl and contacted them to let them know and would have been willing to repace it should i have needed to, but luckliy didnt hamper it being used as the fitter had enough to avoid using it and as such i am pease with the finish
