Great product, at a great price! But very poor customer service: I sent an email asking two questions: did the carpet need an underlay and was it appropriate for stairs. There was no reply after a week. So I telephoned. The person who answered said she would ask someone for the answers to my questions. After a few minutes she came back to give me the answer to one question, but when I asked about the other question she said she had forgotten to ask. She said she would forward my email to someone who would answer, but nobody ever did.

The information on the web site was clear, the photos were a good representation of what I bought, although it was great to be able to get a free sample to be sure. When I ordered the carpet tiles they arrived quickly.

Ordered 8 x scotia for delivery which is £8.95 (1-3 days). Never arrived. Contacted Remland after 8 days who said it must have been lost. Difficult to believe as scotia is 2.4 metres long and packed in a 3 metre long tube. Probably never sent in the first place. Anyway, they sorted it and sent me 'another' batch which miraculously arrived after 3 days. Quality of product is decent as I have bought this product from them previously, and I will use them again despite the shipping issue on this occasion.

Delighted with my recent purchase from Remland Carpets! We’re converting a van into a camper van. Not a large amount of Lino required for a conversion, but I was able to upgrade from Cushion Lino to Flotext for much the same price at Remland Carpets. Great quality and great speedy service.
