I got very good service with company keeping me in the picture at all times as to what was happening with the delivery.

Easy to browse and shop here. I only needed an inexpensive vinal offcut and some tape, but everything was as I wanted. Good prices, good order updates, reliable delivery. Will be back here for future projects.

not the service i expected

Great service from start to finish!

Ordered one style of laminate flooring but wasn’t informed that it wasn’t available for two weeks and only after I emailed. Frustrated with the delay but once they realised what was going on they gave me the chance to look for other options and were helpful from then on. Flooring is good quality though at a good price so would shop again

Great product and great value for money, the process from choosing, ordering and delivery was smooth with any problems. The flooring was easy to work with and fit post creating a template of the floor area and therefore I have no concerns in recommending Remland Carpets and would use them again in the future.

Unfortunately the piece that was sent wasn’t square! This made it really tricky to cut as our area wasn’t square either... it took us about 2hours to cut & the black colour stained our carpet!! No instructions included about how to cut it which would be useful. Also our alarm has been playing up ever since we laid it ! ????
