I am very happy with my vinyl flooring, it is nice and thick and the pattern is well printed. Delivery was pretty prompt bearing in mind New Year and Covid. Unfortunately the people who shipped it caused a gash during their transport. I wasn't able to view it at the time but when I emailed Remland I received a very prompt reply and option of a return and full refund. However it needed laying by bathroom fitters that day, I was offered a generous partial refund for the inconvenience which was entirely acceptable. Thsnks for your excellent customer service

Absolutely fantastic service! Even in the middle of lockdown Remland did their best to ensure that my flooring arrived as quickly as possible. The vinyl looks amazing, I’m so pleased with it... it finishes my bathroom off beautifully!

All ok, apart the delivery. It mentions that when taking delivery you must sign it DAMAGED if the product is damaged. Well you cannot do that if you cannot unroll the product to check. Also if you breify looked over the product and wanted to cover yourself , you were not able to sign DAMAGED because the delivery person would not let you sign. Also it would help organize your day if the delivery person was given a contact telephone to give you a ETA.

Superb product arrived promptly. However, the company's advice on how to install it is incorrect. According to the manufacturers advice (and other companies that sell it) it is a floating floor covering and does not require adhesive. I questioned customer services about this only to be told that no, I needed to buy their adhesive, but to put my question in an email to them. I received no response from the email, but decided to ignore the adhesive advice and to follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Having said that, Remland sell it for a good price compared to others and the prompt delivery is reliable, so I would buy from them again.

ordered Rewmar MS Polymer Wood Floor Adhesive from these guys and urgently required the item the following day. they were super helpful over the phone and i got my oder the next day as promised. excellent service

The service from Remland was exceptional. The order arrived damaged and after contacting them with Photos of the damage, a replacement was sent immediately. Any business who can resolve issues at no fault of the customer deserves business. Good job Remland. I would recommend purchasing from Remland, the fear of items arriving damaged or not right by ordering on line has instantly been taken away with the customer service I received.

I have twice purchased Flotex tiles from Remland & on each occasion the product has been delivered in a timely & courteous manner. I found the chat system somewhat less than user friendly but the Remland team communicated via email which was an acceptable alternative. Said team have been helpful throughout. The one small quibble is that I have here been address as Mr whereas I should be addressed as Miss or Ms.
