Very happy with some vinyl we bought for the bathroom. Looked just as was advertised and is good quality, it looks great. The order came on time and was left where we asked it to be left. Very happy with Remland Carpets.

Sadly the item was damaged and due to time restraints we were forced to ask for a refund, the response we had was second to none and the team at Remland Carpets can only be applauded for the manner in which they dealt with the issue. Thank you and would not hesitate to buy again at a later time.

The vinyl was really easy to fit in and it looks really nice for vinyl flooring. The finished look looks elegant and for the price it’s worth it!

I ordered a sale item only to find later that it had been sold out. Remland offered me better quality tiles at the same sale price which was very fair.

I ordered grey coir matting.Arrived extremely quickly. Especially given the current COVID situation. The mat itself, looks fantastic. Wonderful grey colour, which perfectly matches my carper. The matting is thick, and of outstanding quality. I was easily able to trim, to fit to the exact size. Remland Carpets are a very professional Company, They will always be my first choice.

The information on the website was informative and easy to follow,not something I always associate when shopping online. My initial plan was that it the tiles were not as shown I could send them back. However on delivery they turned out to be exactly what it said on the tin and more???? I have now fitted the carpet tiles and they look fantastic. My thanks to all at Remland carry on the great service!

I bought a length of coir matting to make a long mat in the boot room. Prompt delivery, well packaged, easy to cut to shape, excellent quality matting! And a couple of useful offcuts!

Easy website to use and a great service. We used the tiles in the en-suite to replace previous flotex tiles that was laid about 15 years ago and still looked pretty good. Since receipt of the tiles we have just ordered flotex on a role for an adjacent room. Linda

Vinyl was of good quality however the communication regarding delivery was left wanting, order was still showing as being processed a week after order was placed and was delivered the next day after requesting an update via online chat. I will order again as price and quality is faultless just need better communication regarding delivery.
