Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre-reinforced self-levelling compound, designed for use in the refurbishment of existing floors in both domestic and commercial applications. It has excellent self-levelling properties and can be applied by hand or pump from 3mm to 40mm in a single coat. It is suitable for interior levelling, smoothing and infilling differences in thickness on both new and existing subfloors. It can be used over concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo, ceramic tiles, old and new timber floors, floorboards, chipboard panels and plywood, provided the subfloor is suitable, stable and correctly prepared. It is suitable for dry internal locations as an underlayment before fitting floor finishes such as tiles, stone, vinyl, carpet and wood flooring.

Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is suitable where good resistance to loads is required and can also be used in areas subject to castor wheel traffic. It is suitable for use with underfloor and undertile heating systems. To minimise aeration during application, a spiked roller may be used. Once applied, the self-levelling properties of Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 help provide a smooth surface ready to accept all kinds of floor coverings. This product is for interior use only.
