Not a major purchase, just some adhesive for Marmoleum floor tiles. Delivery (to Aberdeenshire) was lightning fast, so full marks.

Considering the problems we have at the moment. The ease of ordering and supply was very good. Quality was very good although the colour was more beige than grey.

Good website. It was easy to find the vinyl we wanted. It's good that they show both a close-up photo of the vinyl as well as how it looks in a room. Not all websites do this. Delivered quickly (to the builder who was doing the work). Only small minus was that we never received an email that it was delivered. Of course the builder confirmed anyway.

Issue free purchase

Buying the product on-line was no problem but the roll of Marmoleum was not sufficiently protected by the packaging to prevent some damage occuring during transit. Sending it back would have been more trouble than it was worth, so I reluctantly accepted what was delivered.

Packaged well, very good quality vinyl and carpets. Delivery took longer than expected but it was due to them waiting for the carpet to come from the manufacturer. Kept in contact with me and then phoned when it was going out for delivery. Cannot fault them.
