Great service quick delivery Quality product at a good price

Extremely dissappointed! Carpet is not here because your courier failed to deliver within the promised time slot ie 9.54am to 12.54am. With such a precise timing given, I would expect it to arrive within this period,whilst accepting that delays might occur. However the delivery was attempted much earlier at 9.00am-ish! A text was sent at 8.27am advising delivery ETA of half an hour. At this time I was at the doctors with phone turned off. But was back home in good time to receive carpet..... alas it had been and gone! Fitter is due on Monday to fit another carpet and was due to do this one too but you could not rearrange delivery until Tuesday at the earliest. Not Happy.

i placed a order for vinyl flooring for my bathroom from remland carpets it came on the day they said it would turn up it is worth paying that bit extra for a realy good thick vinyl i have got vinly from a well know store and the one from remland is heads above the rest

We are looking forward to having our carpets laid next week. The delivery is set for tomorrow, so hopefully we will get everything done before complete lockdown due to Coronavirus. The Vinyl cushion floor I recently purchased was a good price, shipping costs were excellent and the icing on the cake was the very speedy delivery to North East of Scotland. Excellent service.

Ordered Thursday, delivered following Thursday. Well wrapped, no problems. We got emails on the previous day to let us know of the delivery.

Was very impressed with speed of working and ordering online. The roll arrived 4 days after placing the order. Now awaiting builders to get up tiles and lay the new flooring in my kitchen. The man who delivered it was very helpful indeed

The mat was great quality, delivery was easy and item well protected, Fitted by a carpet fitter no problem and the leftovers was even used to make a spare matt for the back door

This company have been good to us. We have now bought great LVT for a good price. It arrived quick and is now fitted. They even offered advice when I called them on what went wrong (fitter) with previous laminate flooring. They were right.
