in short i saved £130 on the carpet i wanted compared to going to my local flooring supplier, it arrived a lot quicker and they kept me up to date with delivery, it arrived well packed.

Sample was a huge help and came quickly. Ordered a length of vinyl from a roll - delivered promptly. Requested an invoice by email and had immediate response. Very satisfied customer.

Great customer service!! Order some vinyl, adhesive and trowel from this company. Order was sent very quickly indeed. Unfortunately only the vinyl arrived. This it seems was the fault of the courier and not this company. Contacted them by email and replacements were sent out straight away and received the following day. They kept me informed along the way to ensure I received my order as quickly as possible. Good work Remland Carpets, excellent customer service and very happy with my order.

Looked at so many companies before deciding on Remland and so glad I did. I spoke to a really helpful gent who was so patient and tried to save me money by ordering a different amount to save on the postage and therefore giving me more carpet than I needed but for less money. The carpet arrived as promised and now looks fab in my doorway.

I'm always a little hesitant about dealing with a new retailer, so I thought carefully before approaching Remland. I couldn't have been more wrong!! I asked Remland carpets to send me some samples of Flotex. They were received very quickly and enabled me to place an order.. I very quicky heard from them that the colour I had ordered was not currently available. A quick phone call and an alternative was found. the carpet was delivered ahead of schedule.
