I've purchased from Remland before and on both occasions they've been terrific. Well wrapped which was a relief as on the day of the delivery it was absolutely pouring with rain and we'd asked for it to be left in the garden where there was no shelter! So many thanks it was so well wrapped. Speedy delivery, great when phoned to ask a question. 10 out of 10 on every front. Oh, and if you've never tried Flotex, I highly recommend it. Superb product. I'd never have thought of purchasing Flotex if it hadn't already been in the kitchen of the bungalow I bought. It is so good. It's been there 10 years and still looks like new. That sounds ridiculous but it's true. It's the 'Charcoal Glaze' one and looks like tiles but you can drop almost anything on it and it won't break. It vacuums well, and you can wash any splillages. But it always looks new. A carpet fitter who fitted carpet for me recently (not Flotex) told me the one that looks like planks of wood really looks like planks of wood (that's not the right expression but can't think of the word) and highly praised it so I'm going to try that next time - from Remland of course. Someone should pay me for my reviews as they're so darn good, aren't they? Not least because they're all true and I don't paid a penny sadly!

Excellent. My fitter could not get the vinyl I wanted from his usual supplier so I went online. Remland had what I wanted at a competitive price and free delivery. Floors look great.

Wasn’t very happy that delivery driver put it in rain over gate without seemingly trying to see if anyone was home (they were). It is incredibly heavy to move alone! Can’t comment on quality or pattern yet as still outside.

Excellent service from Remland Carpets on an attractively priced set of carpet tiles for my en suite. Delivery was speedy and the tiles are, by any measure, a cut above the ones they're replacing.

Delivery time was not quite as good as I had expected but my order was only small. Quality of Flotex product excellent so, overall, I am a satisfied customer and will order from Remland again in the future.

The service was absolutely brilliant no hassle what so ever I am so pleased with the product but I found I was short and need 4 more lengths I knew I was right at 10 but no husband said 7 lol how do I go about ordering 4 lengths and when will they get delivered ? COIR DOOR MAT This door mat is ideal for street entry homes. It's backing protects the floor from abrasions, and non-slip for extra safety. I'm very pleased with the product and the quick service. However, one side is straight but the other one curved. I would guess that where it's been cut off the roll it was done in a hurry and with little regard for accuracy. Overall though I'm still very pleased with it.

the vinyl flooring arrived promptly & well packaged. the design is lovely & has already gained compliments. Time will tell as to quality and durability, but so far overall impressed.

Marie was very helpful answering all my questions. I was told delivery was expected on Friday 6th December and the delivery didn't arrive until 11th. It would have been nice to get a message before 6th to say the delivery wouldn't come (we received notification that afternoon) as I had arranged for a builder to come. Also the notched trowel was missing from the delivery. The flooring is good though.

Easy to deal with had exactly what I wanted

Love the vinyl for bathroom. Very thick , and feels warm. Our fitter was very impressed with it too . Love the colour and design. Would certainly recommend your company, it was delivered within 48 hrs., amazing particularly at this busytime
