Whilst it was no fault of Remland that the courier company lost my order, once they were advised nobody bothered to contact me. I had to chase twice to get another order sent out that arrived a week later which meant I had to pay the fitter for his wasted time. I'm not leaving a review of the vinyl because the one attached to this review request isn't the one I ordered.

Fantastic service

Easy to order, vinyl flooring was good quality, however delays in delivery without any notification, then a slightly damaged roll that we had to work around as we had no time to return it & get more delivered.

Very easy to use website, great product and good competitive price.

Good quality carpet tiles. Well packaged, but let down by delivery which was promised for Friday and turned up the following Tuesday.

The roll of bathroom vinyl was excellent and competitively priced.

Would rate product, communication and delivery time as very good BUT down rated review due to damaged goods on delivery. Unfortunately didn't notice until we unrolled ready for fitting as at far end of roll .Luckily had ordered half metre more than needed & the 2 tears were in the end cut off so didn't return so can't comment on Co's return policy.

Ordered some samples which came very prompt. As pictured and excellent quality. They’re all so beautiful am having trouble deciding which to pick but when I do will most definitely place the order ????

Just ordered samples so far but found staff very well informed about carpets and gave excellent advice. Samples arrived promptly and were well levelled so could make choice easily.

Very good service, I ordered only 4m2 of vinyl, unfortunately when this arrived the exterior was damaged in transit. I thought I may get away with this part being under a loo but found that the damage was deeper and the vinyl unusable for its intended purpose. i contacted Remland and they immediately sent out a replacement. Which i’m Yet to unwrap - but no damage on the exterior so I can’t fault their service and would use them again.

Product absolutely fine but delivery and customer service poor. Floor not dispatched on time with poor communication. Delayed moving into a house as a result and asked to pay an extra £20 for quicker delivery on top of what I'd already paid. Would not buy from again

Correspondence very good, when they were unable to get stock of our order, went above and beyond to source stock, eventually securing some which was a larger width, but no increase in price to us. Fantastic service, thank you.

Ordered a sample of flooring and was not only impressed by the quality and look of the sample, loved the packaging too! I have also been offered 10% off my first order, so will be ordering the flooring from here for sure.
