I searched online for a specific vinyl flooring and came across Remland Carpets web site, it was easy to navigate and had a fantastic range to offer, found what I was looking for at a reasonable price - and ordered, it arrived quickly and was just the ticket. After my order was placed an e mail was received informing me that I was to be notified when the foods were to be dispatched.The e mail never appeared so I found my self calling the supplier chasing up the delivery for a date. Which arrived as per the chase up conversation. That to me was the part that let down the process otherwise no complaints.

Very good service, prompt delivery by a very cheerful driver. As l purchased a remnant it was considerably underpriced so excellent value. My present flotex has been down for nineteen yrs still has plenty of wear but l am a bit tired of it so thought l would have a change. Alas l fear this carpet will outlast me in nineteen years l would be 103yrs old! Somehow l don't think l will be around, if l am l will re-order! (Ha Ha) Many thanks.

Excellent service great products

The carpet was good quality but was t cut straight When I contacted you all I was told was it’s cut by hand!!! This needs to be stated before ordering as it causes us a lot of hassle as was going at door entrance and very visibly not straight

We are extremely pleased with our Steamed Beech floor covering. It looks just like wooden planked flooring but much softer to walk on! Your service was excellent as was a previous order from you and we would recommend your Company and products to anyone requiring floor covering.

Good service from Remland Carpets. Only problem was with courier company who ‘ran out of time’ and took 4 attempts to deliver. Remland was quick to try and sort it out. Nice runner, pity there wasn't more choice but good company to buy from.
