Would rate product, communication and delivery time as very good BUT down rated review due to damaged goods on delivery. Unfortunately didn't notice until we unrolled ready for fitting as at far end of roll .Luckily had ordered half metre more than needed & the 2 tears were in the end cut off so didn't return so can't comment on Co's return policy.

Ordered some samples which came very prompt. As pictured and excellent quality. They’re all so beautiful am having trouble deciding which to pick but when I do will most definitely place the order ????

Just ordered samples so far but found staff very well informed about carpets and gave excellent advice. Samples arrived promptly and were well levelled so could make choice easily.

Very good service, I ordered only 4m2 of vinyl, unfortunately when this arrived the exterior was damaged in transit. I thought I may get away with this part being under a loo but found that the damage was deeper and the vinyl unusable for its intended purpose. i contacted Remland and they immediately sent out a replacement. Which i’m Yet to unwrap - but no damage on the exterior so I can’t fault their service and would use them again.

A fantastic selection of flooring, I so pleased with the floor i choose great prompt service. I called to check it was in stock ,ordered online delivered on time .I would 100% use this company again .

Product absolutely fine but delivery and customer service poor. Floor not dispatched on time with poor communication. Delayed moving into a house as a result and asked to pay an extra £20 for quicker delivery on top of what I'd already paid. Would not buy from again

Correspondence very good, when they were unable to get stock of our order, went above and beyond to source stock, eventually securing some which was a larger width, but no increase in price to us. Fantastic service, thank you.

The initial contact by computer was very helpful and the carpet arrived well before time. However the laying of the carpet was delayed for two weeks hence the delay. The service by Remland Carpets was excellent in every way. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbours Many Thanks.

Customer service and help was excellent. Carpet was brilliant quality apart from a rip in the carpet that caused us to waste alot of the spare we wanted as a runner. Wasnt checked by the company before sending out gor delivery

I would use this company again. I ordered samples and selected some Titanium XT for my kitchen. It was delivered within a few days of being ordered, very well wrapped up. It is still in its' packaging as I'm waiting for the fitter so can't comment on how it performs but having had this type of vinyl before I'm sure it will be fine. This particular one looks to be good quality, quite thick with a tough surface, and was a good price in the sale. I think Remland should make it clear that they can email a definite date for delivery. I didn't know this and didn't want to be out when it arrived so phoned a couple of times to chase the order. The staff were very helpful in following up the order and did give me a definite delivery date.
