Customer service is very good. Marie Louise and Mark were excellent. Vinyl was very good value for money - we bought in the sale!

Carpet had track mark through it which remained visible after laying - photo sent previously Carpet not delivered on date promised

Great carpets bars not quite rose gold as colour stated but looks fantastic on my red carpet more a pink, light purple but look good service of remands was good after I had contacted them after waiting 10 days on them with no contact too say they couldn’t get colour I ordered so just ordered another colour but had too pay carpet fitter twice too come back and put them on was going too buy another pink one but the delivery was more than the bar so didn’t bother

Ordered Flotex carpet tiles for my kitchen and, oh my goodness, I;m so pleased I did. They look fab and will serve their purpose well in this heavily used, walk through room. Remland were extremely efficient in fulfilling my order and delivery was on time as advertised. Excellent all round service - will use again if necessary and would definitely recommend.

Had some problems setting up an account but did not detract from overall service. First order was delivered damaged - replacement were easy to organise ( by providing photos and sent back to helpline email address). Second order was delivered in much sterdier packaging. Thank you

Unfortunately the carpet sample wasn't a light enough shade but I could have lived with it... Because the sample took a week to arrive, when I went back online to order there weren't enough of that particular clearance tile left in stock. Never mind... Thank you for your service.
