Straight forward purchase and delivery, would use again

Very disappointed with the vynal flooring received. The thickness of the vynal is a lot thinner that it claimed to be. So it was no bargain at all.

Good price remnant flotex carpet saved us quite a lot of money than buying on roll. DX delivery service good

No problem with Remland Carpets, our order arrived damaged but no problem Remland despatched replacement straight away.How ever not impressed with their delivery contractor ,1st delivery left on doorstep damaged contrary to delivery instructions,replacement items took 48 hours to deliver not the 24 hour as advertised

I’m very pleased with the quality of Protex vinyl I purchased for my bathroom. I will be using Remland Carpets again.

Easy online purchase, samples ordered and delivered to decide what vinyl would best suit. Delivery and tracking was faultless of both the samples and the opted vinyl.

Item not delivered yet. Stayed in all day yesterday as was told delivery would happen. Nothing has arrived.

Only gave 4 stars because there was a delay in delivery which was courier problem. Otherwise pleased with price and customer service.

First time using Remland Carpets after a recommendation to use them. No problems from ordering to receiving my vinyl. Very reasonably priced and great service.

Delivery good but u have to check for damage on delivery but can’t necessarily unroll the whole lot in front of delivery driver- so when I checked in the house there was was a few creases and heavy dents but I’m unable to complain now as I didn’t check immediately while driver waited ! So very dissatisfied with that

Longer than 2-5 day delivery, clearance offer was not asked to sign looked ok but on unrolling had slight damage overall good as hidden area.. still pleased with my purchase.. will definitely buy from again
