The delivery was quick and efficient but the sample we ordered was very small and didn’t really allow us to visualise what it would look like in our bathroom. It may be unrealistic but ideally a piece of Lino showing the full tile rather than a quarter of a tile would be more suitable. The quality of the product is good but we are reluctant to order for the reasons above.

Has been a good shopping experience from the start,have received regular updates messages and progress reports, that's why we a re ordered more items from them.

The coir mat arrived very soon, well wrapped, it is a good price and the exact thickness we need. One edge was not cut straight and I trimmed it without much problem.

Arrived on time. Discription/colour was accurate from website. The only thing which I was disappointed about was the thickness of the vinyl. This was very thin. Would have preferred more cushion but thickness not included on website description

Large tub of Adhesive arrived with the tub split and leaking adhesive. Remland responded promptly sending out replacement adhesive for next day delivery.

Slight hold up when our first colour choice was unavailable, my message choosing another colour was not replied to. All sorted when I phoned. Apart from that the delivery came swiftly and is just what we wanted.
