good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own. Very poor delivery service

Notification of order dispatched should make it clear which items of the order have been dispatched and not give the impression that all items have been dispatched when in fact they had not.

Excellent service from Remlands Carpets. My order arrived very promptly and well wrapped. I have had Flotex before and was very pleased with it. This new Flotex, Farmhouse Tile, is now laid in our bathroom, professionally this time. Darker than I expected - it looks much lighter outside on a bright day! - it is very smart.
