I received my coir matting after speaking to an advisor the very next day , the first delivery went astray which was Parcel Force Worldwide fault, they gave it to a passerby ! Could of been anybody ! Can't believe how stupid some drivers are , however not Remlands fault , excellent service, highly recommend.
