Remland Carpets!!!! Where do I start? Right at the outset, the advice for choosing the right type of carpet and laminate flooring for various rooms was amazing. Even after the order they still accommodated me as I made more changes. The price was right!!! The fitters turned up on time and did an incredible job. Quick and efficient. Very pleasant too. First time customer and very pleased with the service. The vinyl I wanted was not available locally without a ten day wait but available through Remland without delay. Delivery was prompt and free. Notification messages were good and accurate.

I have ordered underlay twice in the past 2 months. Each time, due to a fault with the web site Remland has telephoned to obtain the house number (and apologised for the error on the web site, which they are working to resolve). The carrier (TNT) lets the service down, Each time the underlay wrapping was ripped, and the underlay dirty in places as a consequence. On one delivery the delivery driver put a roll down in a muddy puddle. Price of the product is good, but overall a disappointing experience.

gave the full dimensions for my small bedroom but when the guy fitted it he just cut it off at the chimney breast and made a join, he could have at least consulted with me. On the plus side the shop staff were friendly and helpful.

Phoned up to ask about a particular brand & colour (texstar- Ibiza solid black) of vinyl flooring due to having this put down via the council (council didn’t continue this through when updating my kitchen and of course the flooring had apparently just been discontinued so was finding it hard to locate). The call was answered quickly and the man was extremely helpful. Man explained that they did not have the Vinyl flooring with them but he was able to get it in From elsewhere. Placed the order on a Tuesday evening (12/03/18) confirmation received on Wednesday and it arrived Friday afternoon in perfect condition. I didnt take the mans name at the time, but I would like to say I am extremely thankful for his help and assistance and impressed with the quick delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend- Kerry
