The purchase at Remlands was absolutely fine. Unfortunately. the delivery is really poor and I still have not received the order. One expects better for a £7 delivery charge. I complained to Remland. But have heard nothing back.

I am very pleased with vinyl flooring and the service I received. They rung to advise that they had sent the wrong item . I hadn't unpacked it and the correct item was sent overnight .great !

Prompt service at a good price.

Have not yet 'unrolled' the vinyl as the 'fitter' has let us down again! Remland Carpets they were the tops. Very helpful sent samples and supplied the vinyl roll within 5 working days, fantastic turn around. Wished they were based in Yorkshire and not Kent they could have fitted it! Still we cannot have everything! Top marks to the Garden of England!

Great service and our new coir mat arrived very quickly. The grey is a great colour and matches my floor tiles perfectly. Very happy.

If I could give 4 1/2 I would. Why not 5 ? I don't think the web site makes it clear that the carpet is not in stock and needs to be ordered in and because the supplier was slow in sending it meant it was over 2 weeks in being delivered. It was over Easter so the length of time was not excessive but an email to keep me informed of progress and eta would have been welcome. Thus said, when it did arrive it was a very generous length.

These guys are very good. The quality is great and I was kept up to date about when the order would be delivered. I was expecting that they'd be more 'pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap' in their service and not be up on things like service but I was wrong. I've ordered from them twice.
