Good service, great product but delivered in an excessive amount of packaging. Worse than Amazon for packaging!

Having arranged an afternoon fitting and organised the day around that, I was disappointed the fitters arrived about 0945 when I was out. Luckerly there was someone else around who let them in. But this caused considerable reorganisation.

I highly recommend this company. This is the first time I have ordered carpet on line and wasn't sure whether it was a good idea. I am so pleased I took the chance. Ordered on the Thursday received on the Monday. Every part of transaction was perfect, the carpet exactly what I wanted and at a bargain price. Well deserved 5*

Excellent as ordered

Easy ordering. Efficient delivery.

Carpet delivered on time. One edge of carpet contained dark (natural?) holes. (OK, I was able to cut a 5" strip off the edge.) Also, the carpet contained a puncture hole midway across, which presumably occurred in transit). Should have sent the carpet back but we couldn't afford the delay. Fortuitously, the width of the porch is only 1.25 metres and the damage occurred in a spot where the meter cupboards are. By careful cutting, I was able to cut it in such a way to negate the damage. The porch looks fab now - no issues - but you need to think about the couriers you engage. It's not like ordinary carpet - the rubber backing is very susceptible to damage.

Very friendly professional service. So pleased with the carpets. They look so nice and at such a good price. Really do believe in supporting local businesses.

Competitively priced and prompt delivery. Only criticism was that packaging could have been better, as it was torn, but product was thankfully not damaged.

Very welcoming and efficient service

Wanted a good quality washable floor covering for a studio space and was able to get the product I wanted at a much better price with Remland. The despatch was fast. The only issue was that the packaging was damaged in transit, so I took lots of photos whilst the delivery driver was still there in case of damage to the goods. Nothing was damaged but perhaps an extra covering to the roll would be something to consider.

Excellent service from purchase to fitting, our new carpets look just great. The fitting team arrived on time and worked throughout the day to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. I would also like to mention how friendly the fitters were, they worked extremely well together and made a surpurb job of laying our carpets.

I did phone the day the carpets were laid and compliment on the service we had received and the efficient and pleasant way the carpet layer had conducted everything.

Great carpet , prices & fitter was great no hassle highly recommend

I initially placed an order with the wrong measurements and the customer service was excellent. I was sent a cheque to refund me without a quibble. I didnt reorder for a couple of week and I wasn't pestered with unwanted emails. Having reoedered the right size I was kept informed about how the order was progressing and delivery arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the quality if the cour matting.

Very impressed with the service I received. The samples I requested were a good size and the flooring was about 30% cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere.
