Phoned up to ask about a particular brand & colour (texstar- Ibiza solid black) of vinyl flooring due to having this put down via the council (council didn’t continue this through when updating my kitchen and of course the flooring had apparently just been discontinued so was finding it hard to locate). The call was answered quickly and the man was extremely helpful. Man explained that they did not have the Vinyl flooring with them but he was able to get it in From elsewhere. Placed the order on a Tuesday evening (12/03/18) confirmation received on Wednesday and it arrived Friday afternoon in perfect condition. I didnt take the mans name at the time, but I would like to say I am extremely thankful for his help and assistance and impressed with the quick delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend- Kerry

Arrived a week after the order was placed. No warning of this, despite being told we would be informed of the delivery date. An email informed us of the date several days after it was delivered ! The delivery person dragged the roll along the road during offloading although thankfully there was no obvious damage. Purchase price saved us about £80 from the price given by a local supplier.

Super fast delivery! Ordered on Tuesday delivered to me on Saturday, from south of England to Orkney Scotland ...delighted and highly recommend !

Impressed by service when selecting the carpet for our house, fitters excellent. Will definitely recommend Remland Carpets.

We were afforded every assistance in selecting the right product within our budget. The fitters were punctual, helpful, and left the room clean. They even assisted me in refitting the storage heaters.

Lovely carpet, well fitted and good service. We had a small issue with one of the gripper rods not staying in place but they returned to sort it without quibble. Overall happy with the presales and post sales service so far.

Great service from start to finish. The fitters were polite and did a great job and left no mess. Took all the old carpet away as well.

Great product. Packaged well, arrived before estimated date.

Very good but was told wrong day for carpet to come so waited in whole day but no carpet which I was abit cross about as I had to take the dog out in the dark not good when you are 80.

Ordered mat 1m x 1.2m on 19th. and received a generous 1m X 1.3m on. 21st. I did intend in cutting the 1m down to 900mm, but have decided against it. Emailed questions that were promptly answered. I COULD NOT have asked for anything better. Well done Remland.
