Efficient and friendly service from Marie-Louise Gerrard who pulled the rabbit out of the hat when our delivery was abandoned through damage, but organised a replacement to arrive in time for a stage set in London. Thank you!.

The product was fine but it would have been nice to know when it was due to arrive. The initial confirmation e-mail just said there'd be another e-mail when the flooring was dispatched without giving any indication of when that might be. When, two days later, the e-mail came informing me that my purchase had been dispatched. it merely told me that it would take 1-3 days to arrive. It actually took four days (presumably because one of the days was a Sunday). I work from home but it was still inconvenient staying in, just in case the flooring arrived. In this day and age it can't be so hard to guarantee a delivery day from the outset, can it?

Service was not good, as I did not receive all items on the day, which meant I had to disappoint the client, also the tub of glue was leaking at the base, where it had been split.

?The only problem I faced was there was only one straight edge but the mat was oversized on the ?length but delivery etc brill.

The staff were very helpful in the shop and arranged a delivery time and date to suit us. The flooring arrived on time and was fitted by friendly helpful fitters and they cleared up behind themselves. Would recommend them.

Very happy. Was left with a spare pack of Notting Hill flooring after doing my lounge & hallway so decided to hunt down a cple more packs to do my daughters room. This was by far the most competitive price wise as all other companies seem to stick on a huge delivery charge. Was sceptical as seemed to good to be true but it arrived in good time & is exactly the same as my spare pack. So would definitely use this company again!
