The customer service is superb. The order was confirmed; and invoice sent; an email to explain the order was being processed and finally an email to say the item had been despatched. It arrived within a week. Amazing! Thank you very much.

The selection and advice on carpet choices was very good. The workmanship was excellent, particularly when it involved some difficult steps that needed covering and the price represented good value. We will be using Remland again.

Efficient kept me up to date with delivery etc although courier arrived earlier than advised so wasnt in to check goods.

Good communication about delivery, but slight damage noticed to product when unrolled. A replacement was offered, but my fitter was waiting to lay product, so I had no choice. Otherwise I would have asked for the replacement.

Very good apart from an imperfection in the vinyl supplied would recommend with reservation because of this imperfection !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My order was cut to wrong size.However I phoned and reported this and was asked if I could send a picture to confirm the shortage. I did this and They send me by express delivery a replacement which sorted out the problem.They apologised to me and with the quick replacement I would be more than happy to order from this business again.

The initial carpet delivered was too short for the room and the underlay was cut with little care. The final carpet fitted has still several ripples despite a second visit by the fitters who say there is nothing they can do about them - I find this surprising as I have had 5 houses, all with fitted carpets and have never had this problem and never even had to have a second visit to tighten any of them.

I cannot praise this company enough. A very fast and proficient service with an extensive variety of products. I ordered vinyl planks for the kitchen floor in my caravan. They are a lovely warm wood effect and am really looking forward to them being laid on the floor. Highly recommend.
