Great company to buy from, walked in and was given great advise on the best options available within our budget. Fitted within the week. No issues or delays in any part of the process and all staff were very helpful

Good quality vinyl. Our particular vinyl was cheapest here, but other carpets we were interested in were cheaper elsewhere. We made an online order and paid through PayPal which is Good, but you never at any point actually get informed of a delivery date once you place an order online. Furthermore there is no info on delivery times on the website. We had to call to ask about a possible delivery date, they informed us that "the vinyl will be delivered to us tomorrow so it will be with you in 2 or 3 says" a specific time/date would have been good as with a larger item it's nice to be able to be home. Otherwise a fairly good experience.

Great service

The range of carpets of the type we were looking for was extensive and the prices competitive. Delivery times were also very acceptable. The only issue we had was with the courier who didn't follow the instruction for delivery with signature and left the package outside the front of the house.

Excellent, the guys in the shop left you alone to sort through samples, but were always happy to help when asked. No problem about taking samples home to help make the right decision for kitchen and dining room. Fitted this week by Chris who did a great job. Floor looks fantastic. Thank you.
